Best Water System in Austin TX

Melvin Haddix and his assistant called ahead of the visit then arrived on time. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They fixed the pipe blockage outside that was causing gurgling noises in out bathroom.
I will definitely use them again, I highly recommend them.

I called on a Saturday morning with an urgent issue. The after-hours receptionist took down my information and I received a call from the plumber, Colin, within a few minutes. He then arrived within an hour and resolved the issue, clearly explained what else needed to be done, and was very friendly as well.

On 12/6/2021, I (CMP) contacted BenjaminBL LLC Plumbing Services and explained to them that my water heater was not working. Ms. Emily who was quite professional and gracious scheduled me for a next day appointment. Benjamin was prompt, on time, and listened to my plight. Let me say this, Benjamin did everything he possibly could to repair the water heater. This included contacting the manufacturer on my behalf which I also did multiple times in a 24 hour span.I made the decision and said can you get me a water heater today? Benjamin got my house up and running with a better water heater, warranties; both his company's and the manufacturer within 3 hours. Holy hot water! I've always said you get what you pay for in this country. Benjamin and Emily are understanding, and very professional. I even called their office the next day to replace a bathroom faucet and Benjamin came out and also made sure that the new water heater was running fine. I even got a full refund from the previous water heater company as apparently there is a noted manufacturer's issue. Thank you Benjamin and Emily and yes, I will be using them again for any of my plumbing needs.

They reached out to come do a free inspection of our HVAC system. As I'm sure most of should be aware by now, nothing in life is free so I should have known something was up. Their technician Reid showed up and started his inspection which tripped our breakers serval times and made our thermostat act pretty weird but i assumed this was all par for the course (it wasn't, as this has never happened any time our regular HVAC guy does his inspection). Once he was done, he began explain to me in a words he knew I wouldn't understand why our options are to pay upwards of $17,000 to repair our system OR just buy a whole new system all together which could cost between 10-22k.Both my wife and I weren't convinced, since Reid was quite pushy and didn't seem genuine at all (snake oil salesman) so we called our usual HVAC guy from Lakeway Heating and Air for a second opinion. When the technician from Lakeway Heating and Air inspected our system he noticed Reid from Radiant had left all of caps off of our system and the page long explanation as to why we needed to pay them 17 grand was complete bull. Our tech then told us that our system would work fine for the time being but was quite outdated. We opted to replace our HVAC system with Lakeway Heating & Air because of how transparent and trustworthy they've been for us, for about half of what Radiant quoted us.I strongly believe Radiant sends out their technicians for these bogus free inspections for the sole purpose of scaring you into paying for their highly overpriced and subpar services. I'm also pretty sure the Radiant tech might have purposefully been negligent when checking our system as to guarantee it would fail because, as stated above, he had left off all the caps and ever since he's inspected it it has not been working as it used to. I'll take the blame for assuming they wanted to come inspect my HVAC out of the goodness of their hearts but I would advise people to be weary of these guys, I don't trust they have good intentions whatsoever.

I had a plumbing problem that had been going on for a week. I burned through two contractors not returning calls and breaking appointments. Then I called Blue Dragon. Wow! what a difference. After setting up an appointment, Gilbert called me back a few minutes later and said he had a free tech that could come now! I'm sorry, but that never happens. I was actually stumped at first- not believing what I was hearing.. 3 hours later - problem fixed. Gilbert and Matt at Blue Dragon have restored my faith in customer service. Its good to know there are still companies who care about their customers.

I had to get a backflow testing done per Round Rock Utilities. I reached out to them on a Sunday, and they contacted me first thing Monday morning and were out and done by lunch time! Everything was so seamless and easy. HIGHLY recommend.

Mack was great and professional helping fix our dryer that was leaking gas and quickly fixed it. Would recommend!

OUTSTANDING!!!!Called Pierre on Sat due to pilot light on my hot water heater not staying on. Part was picked up on Monday nd installed by 11:00am Monday. WE HAVE HOT WATER AGAIN!!Great service, easy communications and very reasonable prices. In today environment the hardest thing to find is a honest, master mechanic, electrician or plumber at a reasonable cost. A&T Plumbing is it!!!

After my first and second experience with Mr. Rooter, I've built up a lot of confidence in these plumbers as opposed to the other plumbers in Austin. The professional and affordable way they handle jobs is simply amazing.

I called several different companies for a toilet repair and angle stop fix, and Capital City Plumbing was by far the most communicative and responsive. They set expectations, and let me know a range of what it could cost depending on what the plumber found. They had a very competitive rate, and the plumber that did the work gave me options that would save me money, which was refreshing. I'm happy with the work and will continue to use them in the future.

I had to mark a star, but if I could I would NOT! I called them Sunday,because my water heater was leaking. They told me they would come out on Monday between 8am-10am. Well, they called me at 10 to tell me it would be closer to noon. I called them at 12:30, and they told me they would send someone out soon. It is Tuesday 2:00 pm and still have not heard back from t hem! I will never give them my business !

tl;dr: great work, good prices, versatile - highly recommendedWe had a leak in our garage and water in our water heater pan. Unfortunately they were not related, it turns out we had a leak in our laundry pipes and our 18-year old water heater was giving up the ghost.We called our regular plumber but he was unavailable, so we called the references he gave us as well as some companies off Yelp like Thunderbird plumbing. Ted from Thunderbird seemed the most knowledgeable and trustworthy (according to Hope, who used to work with a lot of subs as an architect and a construction project manager), and surprisingly enough also had the cheapest estimate. (Some plumbers wouldn’t even do all the work we wanted, like installing a pressure relief valve).A few days later Ted came to do all the work, and it seems to be done really well. He even replaced our main water shutoff valve without charging us more than his original estimate.All in all, a great experience, well worth a 5-star rating.

This company was recommended by Nick from UnionJack Plumbing who I had used in the past but no longer does the work I needed (hot water heater replacement). My experience with Fast Plumbing was incredible, I have found a plumbing company that is straightforward, reasonably priced, do not change price quoted and do outstanding work. Jose and Steven were impressive, followed pandemic protocols, I only wish I could have tipped better. I will use this company moving forward. Highly Recommend.

An example of the ongoing epidemic of poor customer service. We have used this company for seven years, exclusively. Obviously we have received good customer service in the past or we would not have continued calling them. As a long time customer, today’s call regarding work they performed last month and our previous botched job, we are done using them.

During Austin’s February snowpocalypse, we had 3 pipes burst. 1st Home and Commercial Services was the only company that answered their phone and got us on a schedule quickly. Dominic Langley showed up on time and was 100% professional and fixed all our broken pipes so that we had water again after a week. Very thankful for this company and Dominic!

CONTACT THESE GUYS IF YOU WANT TO PAY MOORE AND MORE AND MORE THAN THE COMPETITION CHARGES!Contacted Moore & More for help with squealing pipes in our ceiling. They did respond very quickly and the technician was able to arrive the next day. He was running very late unfortunately, and it totally screwed up the baby's nap time. The appointment was scheduled in a 2 hour window which coincided with the baby nap - unacceptable. We determined the pressure reducing valve at the water connection was failing, as the pressure was over 90 PSI. They quoted me $1000 !!!!! To replace a valve that costs $75 at Home Depot and takes maybe 30 minutes to replace. WOW - incredible... DO NOT CALL THESE GUYS. I've received other quotes for $250, $375 and $425 and the local yokel handyman would do it for $175... unbelievable.

Very nice people but they have gotten crazy expensive. They sent out two people (one appeared to be a trainee) on a non-weekend and non-emergency call. A garden hose faucet (bibb) needed replacing and I was afraid that I had messed it up since it would not come off and got a tiny bit twisted around.The people were nice and decided that the only thing needed was to unscrew the old faucet (it took some muscles) and screw the new one on. The cost was just under $250! Seriously, they only had to unscrew the old one and screw on the new one. Took about 15 minutes and they even had me turn the water to the house off and later back on myself. And the faucet itself is now crooked!I contacted the company and the owner feels that the charge is reasonable. Too bad that he has gotten so greedy and charges so much. He must have a yacht payment due.

These guys did high-quality honest work. I would definitely recommend them.

I was having some issues with the filtration system in my refrigerator and Paul S. came out to fix it up for me. He was very attentive and did such a great job so I know exactly who to request for in the future. Nothing short of excellent!
