The 1st person they sent out was awful and I was seriously contemplating writing a bad review. However, as soon as I contacted them about the problem, they stepped up, sent out another plumber and completely took care of every problem. I didn't expect them to take the time and care to get things right as many contractors don't have integrity. These guys deserve the credit for truly making their service worth the money spent.

I found a lot of good reviews for this company and I'm pretty happy with the results. They fixed four leaks in about 90 minutes. Not too shabby. A tad pricy but hey, compared to the amount of plaque buildup in my heart I avoided, stressing and yelling, making mistakes, and all the runs to Lowe's because I bought the wrong part, and all the rest I would've experienced doing it myself.... WORTH IT! Thanks Plumb Masters! I will be recommending your business to others.

I am having some issues with my foundation so, I wanted to get my plumbing checked to make sure that nothing was leaking. I called and got scheduled for an appointment quickly. The Technician (Lenny Rivera) showed up on time, was professional, and knowledgeable about his work. He performed the service and (thankfully) NO leaking detected! The process was easy and seamless and he even gifted me a cute stuffed dog and a flashlight! Will definitely call if I need service in the future! Highly recommended!

I've had 2 techs from Stan's in my home for warranty issues on our HVAC unit. The first tech was friendly, empathetic and overall an excellent human. He took the time to listen to the issue, checked multiple spots, gave me some heating/cooling advice and stayed positive the entire time. Our second tech (Steve) was just as great if not more so. A true perfectionist, he walked me through the entire process and gave me the play by play on what was going on and how everything worked. He is an asset to your organization, both are really, through and through. Thank you so much!

After the recent freeze in Austin my tankless water heater was leaking, a lot. Called them 2/19 to get someone out to look at it. Long wait because everybody that had an outdoor mounted tankless was having the same issue.Called again on 2/26 and was told I was not on the schedule yet. Texted the plumbing supervisor/manager, Rick. Rick said he would try to squeeze me in on Sat 2/27. Nobody called. Texted Rick again Sat evening and was told I was on the schedule for Sun 2/28. No call. Texted Rick again, dispatch called a short while later to set up someone to come out Monday 3/1.Kyle came out around noon on Monday, asked me if there was water coming out of the unit, I said there was. He went and looked at it, came back within a couple minuted and told me it would have to be replaced at a cost of $3800, because everybody has the same issue. Not once did Kyle even take the cover off to look to see what was leaking. I found out from the mfgr that they did not have any replacement parts available and they were have them made so they didn't know how long it would be.Kyle never told me any of this, just that I had to replace the unit. He talked to somebody at ARS and offered me a discount of $500, bringing my cost down to $3300.Kyle cut off an elbow on the recirculation line and capped it off so I could have water again.I had Kyle come back out on 3/4 to put the recirculation line back together an add another shut off valve (one that I think should have beenput on when they installed the unit) for a fee of $110.So now I have a $5400 wall decoration that is less than a year old and am looking at a replacement cost of $3300, and still without hot water! My personal opinion of this company went way down with this ordeal, I get that some things were beyond their control but I feel that the situation could have been handled better.

Replaced a Pressure Regulator Valve. Chris was prompt, professional and effective. They were able to come out earlier than originally expected (which was welcome!), called ahead, and had me up a running in hours. Really great job, took the time to explain what was happening and why, clearly took pride in his work. Well done!
