Melvin was awesome to work with. He performed drain testing by filling pipes up with water and looking for the water level to drop. Made me 100% certain I didn’t have a slab leak in my sewer/septic line. Thank you!!!

I felt like my issue was important.David fixed not only my bathroom waterlines, he also fixed my sink stopper.I would recommend Rooter man to anyone who is looking for good plumbing company. Ray was super efficient in getting the job done same day. However, if it’s not an emergency, shop for better quotes on the service. A break in the main water line ended up being nearly 3k and the price increased almost $1,000 from the initial quote after he began his work. I don’t know if this is common in the industry, but I felt the need to leave a more honest review as everyone else has left 5 star reviews mentioning their technician for the $50 discount. I wish I had spent more time getting quotes before moving forward with Reliant. However, the work was quick and hopefully a long lasting solution.

Andre Sr #4305 helped me install a new kitchen faucet. He was amazing at being detailed, on time, and gave me discounts wherever he could. I would call him again in a heartbeat. We even had to order a new faucet, he gave me his discount, picked up the faucet for me, and delivered and installed the next day. So helpful!

Our water pipe broke in 6 different parts due to the February 2021 snowstorm in Austin. This firm has decided to capitalize on demand. They quoted me 660$ for a 15 minute repair. I paid their estimate fee of 89$ and said no thank you. Go elsewhere!

Jon was very professional and worked very efficiently. Once he completed one job (both bathroom faucets needed to be repaired), he made sure it was working well before going on to the next job. He also kept me informed as to what he was doing next. I will certainly consider calling Ben Franklin Plumbing for any future plumbing issues.

I've had to call on plumbers in the past and I've been burned. However I needed a professional and saw a commercial on tv and gave them a call. They were able to schedule me an appointment the next day, on a Saturday, and I was notified when the professionals were on their way. They were very nice and solved my problem within 20 minutes at a price that I was expecting to be so much more. If in the future I have a plumbing problem I'm very comfortable in their services and will give them a call.

Texas got hit with major freezing/snow leaving my house with busted pipes and no water. I called several plumbers and many didn’t even get back due to the backlog. I saw Joe from Austin Plumbery driving to a job and asked if he could help. Even though he had many other jobs he needed to finish that day, he followed me to my house and fixed my pipe to get us up and running in less than an hour. We are very thankful and will use Austin plumbery as our default plumbing source going forward.

After 11 years my Carrier AC/Heat Pump failed. I called Stan's as they originally installed the system when new. As I was a Gold Club member so I received priority scheduling. The initial service call diagnosed the issue but unfortunately I had to wait three days for parts to arrive. Steven called early today to let me know the parts were in and a technician would be out between 10:00-2:00. The guy sent (Jesse) seemed experienced and knowledgeable. He changed out the compressor and accumulator, recharged the system, checked pressure settings and verified cool air was blowing through the dampener and air handler in the attic. The repair wasn't cheap but was taken care of in a professional manner. Good job Stan's and their service crew!

we had a toilet problem that another plumbing company told us it would take 4-8 weeks to get the replacement part. After 8 weeks and no help, we called Neighborhood Plumbing who came out the same day and fixed our problem immediately.The lady who answered the phone was courteous & polite. The gentleman who came was very professional,personable & polite.they'll be handling all our plumbing needs in the future.
