I read some of the great reviews about this company before deciding to give them a call. I have an ongoing issue with my kitchen sink getting clogged every 2 or 3 months. Having a plumber come use an auger to snake the pipes and clear the clog at $200 a pop has become an expense that I would rather not have. I called Rooter Man and told them what was going on. They sent Curtis out within the hour. After evaluating the situation he found that there are a couple of breaks in the waste line under the foundation, a problem that should have been discovered by the other plumbers a year ago when the clogs started becoming a frequent occurrence. Curtis was great! He showed me everything he was doing step by step and made sure I knew what was going on. He waived the fee for using his camera to find the breaks in the line. All in all he made sure that my sink was working again and now that I know what the underlying issue is, I can pass the info on to my land lord so that he can have it repaired. I would recommend Rooter-Man to all my friends and family.

Kyle H, senior drain specialist, and Jalen D, drain technician, came to help us with our sewer repair. They were extremely, knowledgeable, thorough and attentive to detail. Very informative and helpful. They were pleasant and polite young men. Will definitely continue using their services.

Used these folks one time and was extremely happy with their service. The owner (Gilbert) was a real stand up guy. He explained everything to my satisfaction, showed up when he said he would, did excellent work and completed it in a timely manner. Their prices are excellent too. I'll definitely use them for all my future plumbing needs.

They came over to the house to check out the issue and the issue had resolved itself. They were super nice, didn't charge me for the visit. Will definitely call them if I have any problems in the future.

After going through the freeze of 2021, I decided to replace the shut-off valve at the street so I could easily turn off the water if/when needed. Steven was great. He clearly communicated what needed to be done, confirmed the cost, and got to work. He installed a ball valve which will make the process of turning off the water so much easier. I highly recommend Steven and Fast Plumbing. I submitted a request on line and he was out early afternoon the next day. Very good service!

I would not recommend 1st Home & Commercial Services. They charged me $927 to fix a leak. Dug a hole 4ft x 12in x 18 in and replaced a one inch pipe about 18 inches long. It is my fault for approving this job. I should have sent them away when they told me it would be$500 to locate leak. Next time I will get several estimates.

Moore and More Plumbing was called out yesterday to provide estimate for replacing flange at toilet connection and very politely proposed a ridiculously aggressive estimate of $968. When told that the estimate was out of line for a 1.5 hour service with virtually no materials involved, they promptly lowered the estimate by $200. When told that the lowered estimate was still considerably more than their competitors charge for the same service, their plumber became indignant and stated that he would not accept criticism. Okay. The job was performed excellently by another company this morning for $477. I would never call this company again, nor would I ever refer them to anyone. Well worth the $89 service call fee simply to know how this company seeks to do business.

Unfairly high pricing for the service. Paid their service call fee and sent them packing. Just needed a simple kitchen drain unclogged and they wanted to charge over $320. I bought a $4 bottle of drain cleaner, problem solved. Don’t know how they stay in business while trying to rip people off. They will never be used at my home again and will highly recommend to others they use a different and more honest and fairly priced plumbing service.

I'm just a plumber at AAA Auger Plumbing but we have a really good team with really good structure everybody supports each other they've been in business for over 50 years and that experience of being a business for 50 years should speak for itself yes I am an employee but this is one of the best company's I've ever work for in my in my years of experience posted by a happy employee
