Curtis showed up early (called first) was professional, quick, and took care of everything. During COVID, of course, and it was good to see appropriate safety precautions. Great service.

I highly recommend John Garlow and Clarke Kent Plumbing! I had an unusual issue: a prior contractor had allowed concrete to be poured in my toilet drain pipe and solidify. As a result, the pipe was partially blocked and we had serious issues with clogging in that toilet. Two prior plumbers came out and threw their hands in the air, telling me the only solution was to chip away the foundation around that pipe and replace it. When John arrived, he was on time, professional and told me that he thought he could resolve the issue without costly demolition and replacement. It was not an easy task, but John never gave up and, ultimately, fully resolved my issue without destroying my flooring and foundation. If you have a plumbing issue, these are the guys to call. Ray came out and fixed a sink issue for me, when I came out one morning and found water where it wasn't supposed to be. I made a quick call and got offered my choice of times for the next day. They arrived quickly and were in and out real fast having fixed the sink.

A&T installed two new toilets in our house last Friday. They were prompt and professional. They took the old toilets and were in and out quickly. Thanks!

Update 11/17 - 3 days later, sink is clogged again and now my faucet extension hose gets stuck half the times I use it. I'm done.Update: Alvin Santoy came back today. He explained that any time you take pipes out and change things, you possibly impact the seal of the sink. He rechecked everything and fixed the ptrap. So far so good. Thanks to Alvin for his responsiveness.Work was done to unclog drain and while here the plumber moved things around, rerouted the cord from the dishwasher to the garbage disposal and not sure what else. Besides the clogged drain, we had never had any other plumbing problems, no leaks, no issues with the garbage disposal. Suddenly, post the repair we have issues with the pipes under the sink and there is a lot of leakage. The plumber indicated there was a leak in the p-trap and provided an estimate for an additional repair on top of the $350+ I paid for the clogged drain. It just feels as if the work done to unclog the drain caused more issues as now instead of having water backing up in the sink I have water pooling under the sink in the wood cabinets.I sent a note to them to ask for a revisit and received a call from someone who basically told me it was likely a problem with the p-trap and that's why I have the water. But, again, I had no issues prior to the repair visit.Hoping they can resolve the issues. But must admit I was not a fan of the agent who tried to say the issues were due to me not adding on another service with Mr. Rooter.Stay tuned for update!

Gabe & Nick did an outstanding job. They were careful with all the new floors in the house and bathrooms and made sure nothing happened. All the work performed was done perfectly. No other way to say it. When finished with 6 faucet installations, a pedestal sink installation, and a toilet installation they gave us a thorough walk through to show there were no leaks or issues with their work. We will be calling them back for future work. All of this was completed with a price that that was more than fair. Thank you for treating our house like it was yours.

On New Year's Day, Roto dispatch took my call and found a technician willing and able to fix the leak in my house which was flooding walls and flooring.Logan was the tech who took the call from dispatch. Extremely polite and enthusiastic. Couldn't have been nicer really. Explained everything as he went along and was not bothered by my questions.It's a condo with odd pipe configurations across multiple units. The issue was more complicated than just a snake through the lines, but he figured it all out.He saw the damage it had caused, so he called his restoration teammate Chad and asked him if he could come over to access the damage. Chad drove from New Braunfels to Cedar Park. Quite an effort on any day, but especially on Saturday, New Year's Day.He did a great job as well. Direct about the damage, but not pushy on the sales side either. Both of them together made a great team.I did not have an accurate perception of Roto- Rooter and never used them before because of it. Now I know better. Fair and detail oriented. Eric and Sparky did an excellent job plumbing both a water softener and new sink in my garage. They arrived on time, bid the job, agreed on a price and stayed most of the day until the job was done about 7 hours. Very polite, personable and even took into consideration my two napping children in the middle of the day. Definitely recommend these guys.

We called around 3 plumbers and they were the only ones who could come out on the weekend to fix the downstairs toilet. What we'd originally thought was a clog causing flooding from the bottom of the toilet was actually a bent flange. They had it repaired and the new toilet put in super fast and were entirely professional and courteous the entire time. We'll definitely be working with them in the future!

Called early that morning, air conditioner wasn't working. The repairmen showed up that afternoon, diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it within 30 minutes. Wonderful guys and awesome experience!

AAA Auger has never let me down. They are great at taking appointments over the phone, the service guys are on time, and are always professional. Today Steven was a huge help. He trouble shot the issue twice and could not fix the problem. But through he's experience he concluded we needed a toilet replacement. Steven got us the Cadillac of toilets. We are saved and very happy with the work. Here's a summary for anyone that's fails at trying to DIY a leaky toilet. Yes, sometimes it works in your favor. On the other hand, when You've done everything right and it still leaks, and bills go up, and your septic overflows, and there's a smelly mess. Call a professional because it took someone with the know how to realize that your leaky toilet has a unseen hairline crack and it will always leak. Thank you Steven and thank you AAA Auger.
