The pilot light on my water heater went out and I was unable to re-light it. I was so thankful that Collen came to my rescue immediately. He was meticulous in diagnosing the problem and patiently explained each step. It turned out my water heater was affected by Rheem gas valve recall. Collen was able to obtain a replacement quickly and get things back up and running. This is my second time working with Rooter Man and I really appreciate their quickly availability and professionalism. It’s a huge relief to go from discovering a plumbing catastrophe to having it resolved within hours!

We've got recommendation for Gilbert in our Nextdoor app, and we love him! Every time I called, he responded immediately. He always called before his arrival. He did a great job in installing a chair-high commode for us. He is very detail-oriented, super efficient, and also very friendly. Recently, he fixed our bathroom sink faucet due to a clogged aerator, and he didn't even charge us, stating that was too quick and easy. We are very impressed by his professionalism. I know he has a busy schedules, but I still highly recommend him, not just for his excellent skills, but mainly for his integrity and honesty.

Brent, Jordan, and Jarrod did great work for a clog garbage disposal. I helped them myself to unclog my garbage disposal. Paid $165.00 for complete service. This service repair seems really high, especially for not replacing the garbage disposal unit itself. It was a very expensive service.

Well, I am very, very, very, VERY impressed. I had to have a lot of work done on a property I plan to lease. That meant painters, electricians, cleaning, and, of course, plumbers. Out of all the plumbers in Austin, I happened to call Mr. Rooter, and lucky me: I called the best! :) They tackled a difficult and extensive job and finished it up wonderfully and speedily. Nathan did a fantastic job diagnosing a dishwasher leak. He arrived promptly, and the tracking app was helpful in knowing exactly when he would arrive. He was exceptionally through, knowledgeable and efficient. He went above and beyond to help with uninstalling my dishwasher safely so we could attend the water damage. I am a facilities director at an 80 bed hospital. I had a plumbing emergency that flooded 4 bathrooms and threatened to flood rooms throughout the hospital. Patrick at Roto Rooter was a professional throughout. He worked smart and methodically, brought in use of a camera and solved our problem before it became a much larger issue. He checked and rechecked to make sure that our issue was indeed solved. They landed on site quickly, their pricing was very fair, and their technician, Patrick, was awesome.

I had a burst pipe under my house two days before Christmas. Everywhere I called said it would be weeks and at least a thousand dollars to repair. Boy am I glad I went L&P. They came out the same day and fixed it for half the price quoted to me by other plumbers. They’ll be my first call next time, that is for sure.

Recently, I had a garbage disposal installed by one of their new employees, Mycol, who was very knowledgeable and gave me lots of tips on how to use the disposal and prolong it's longevity, many that I was unaware of. I've recommended Fast Plumbing to my friends and neighbors and know that they've done the same.

Showed up on time, and went right to work. They fixed our problem and were done with the entire job in less than an hour. I can't say enough about how Joe and Brian were able to think outside the box and solve our unique plumbing issue. Great guys; and terrific communication from Jennifer in the office. I called and made and appt and took off of work to meet them. They no called no showed and then when I called back and spoke to Tara she said they could come out for an extra $45. I told her I scheduled an appt with one of her plumbers last night and gave her his phone number to verify. She said ok and still wanted to charge me $45 extra. If you own this company and read this please start recording your calls from clients and listening to them because your burning leads. I would give 0 stars if possible for wasting my time.
