Best Water Leak in Austin TX
I wanted to install an attic fan in my home, I asked for a range of pricing on attic fans and they wouldn't tell me, they said they would come out to my home and give me a quote after I paid them $60, I told them I did not want them to come out until they gave me a range of what it would cost, they refused. I don't think this is reasonable.

Abacus was so easy to work with - prompt service, price as advertised, and professional tech. Omid was fun and efficient - gave me some good advice on possible work needed, but without pushing or any hard sell. I will use them again when needed!

This is an edit of my original review. Although, the tech who showed up did show up on time and performed a small task of replacing an outlet on the outside of the older building, I was told we would be given estimates for work needed in 1 apartment and to have the multiple breaker panels replaced on the building. I have called and spoken with James who said, we really don't do much with those old wall unit heaters anymore but I will get back to you the week of the 13th. Never heard anything back. I also called the master electrician leaving 2 messages on Kelly's voice-mail.... no response. If you don't want to do the job... at least have the professional ethic to admit to it. Likely, there will be a computer generated response to my negative review. So disappointing as we have multiple properties that will be needing services. If anyone knows of a great company who isn't afraid of working on some of the older buildings, not falling down, in Austin... let me know!

Genuinely one of the best things experiences Ive had. I own a food trailer and the pipes have been a mess since day one, which was from the company who built the trailer. What that company couldn’t do (after 5 failed attempts), Javier from 1st home and commercial did and even cleaned up the mess (which the trailer building company didn’t). I highly recommend them for any plumbing job, between knowledge, quality and craftsmanship!

The technicians arrived promptly and were prepared to start working. They explained the process, made the necessary installations, and cleaned up the debris. We are very happy with the service and will certainly continue to rely on Fox and recommend them.

I had a water leak in my ceilings, there was a lot of humidity that was damaging my ceiling, so I called here and the service was excellent in determining where the water was coming from. He was very punctual and extremely efficient. They brought very good quality tools to solve my problem, and they always explained to me every move they made. I would definitely recommend this service!

BAIT AND SWITCH BLATANTLY FALSE ADVERTISINGI responded to an ARS ad currently running in Austin on the morning television broadcast news for an AC tune up for $49. My central air was not working and I was very sure it was the capacitor at the compressor. The subject capacitor is available online through the manufacturer for $15. Considering the service tech was already out her for the tune-up, the most, the very most, I expected I would be charged, was $100.$589 for a $15 part. The unit side panel was already off and open. Removing and replacing a capacitor takes no more than 60 seconds max.THESE PEOPLE ARE EXTORTIONISTS. STAY AWAY.
