Our experience with Reliant Plumbing was excellent! We called them about a possible slab leak which we came home to after our Christmas vacation. Jay and Ben got to our house less than 2 hours after that call. The leak was worse than anyone expected and the guys worked hard to find and fix the leak and reroute a water line. Jay and Ben are polite and friendly and their service was great from start to finish!

I had an emergency plumbing situation and within 30 mins I had a crew at my door. Within an hour my issue was fully resolved and it cost much less than I expected. Very kind and helpful staff.

Very easy to get an apptmt and he came earlier than our apptmt time. He did not have everything to do the job and went to the store to get items he needed and finished the job. An hour or so later, it stopped working again. We called back to the office and said he will come back after his other jon. He fixed the other problem on the toilet and gave us a price break due to having to return. I would use them again.

The guys got hung up on a previous job, which I understand since my ex was a plumber his entire career. Despite the delay, the company was very communicative re: the lateness. And the quality and value of the service made up for it in spades :-) Friendly and knowledgeable techs went out of their way to ensure a job well done (and it was NOT a pleasant job!).

Called for commercial plumbing repair on Saturday morning. Without even a visit, I was told that the master plumber knew that he could not repair it until Monday when parts were available from a commercial warehouse. This without ever coming out and diagnosing. They told me that they would put us first on the list Monday from 8-10am. Called them at 1030am and they said that they would have the dispatcher call me with an update. No call all day long. Called Tuesday morning and asked what happened. They did no have an answer for the no show. They said that the plumber was now headed our way, should be within 45 minutes. Called back 20 minutes later and said that the plumber had issues with his van. They would call back when someone could get out. 3 hours later I call and get put on hold while dispatch was consulted. I again was told that dispatch would call me back. An hour later I call again, and explained that this is getting ridiculous and the operator assured me that the plumber was on the way, not in the most apologetic or nice tone may I add. Plumber did show a little over an hour later, fixed the easy problem of changing the diaphragm in the urinal. Parts $20, labor $495. No offer to discount due to poor customer service and waiting for 3 days after initial set up for service. In addition, I found diaphragm parts at home depot here in Austin that are in stock. So in essence, if the plumber would have actually come out on Saturday when i called instead of assuming, this would have been taken care of Saturday, and not Tuesday. Men's room closed for 3 days. We have used them before, but this will make us think twice next time.

This was probably the best repair-related interaction I have ever had.L&P called me MAYBE three minutes after I submitted an Angi request. Unlike another company that contacted me later in the day, they provided best case and worst case quotes! Victor was able to get here EARLY, and diagnose, purchase parts, and install the fix with mind-blowing speed. He was totally willing to explain things, and the price was right on their best case estimate. It was awesome.

Plumb Masters was recommended to me by another Austin plumber who wouldn't be able to fix my kitchen sink leak for a week. Fortunately Plumb Masters was able to send someone the next morning and the problem appeared to be fixed. Unfortunately the next day, there was evidence that the problem wasn't completely resolved. The next morning , Saturday, two plumbers, Clay and Matt showed up and fixed the remaining problem in about 15-20 minutes, at no additional charge. I have added Plumb Masters to my list of home services contacts for future reference. A responsive, reliable tradesman is a good resource to know. I will call them for future repairs and plumbing services.

Had a pipe leak outside which caused me to not have any water in the house. Andy came that day and fixed it. He gave me great advice, was very nice, and did a great job with the repair. Their prices are very expensive, $100 service fee which doesn't apply to the work, but they do quality work.
