Best Water Heater Service / Installation in Austin TX

I really appreciated the response time, the friendliness and professionalism of the technician. For a 30 minute inspection that cost almost $185, I had to leave a star off. He did nothing but read the water meter and ran the washing machine a full cycle to see if there were any leaks.Ive used S&D for larger jobs, but for small jobs I would seek a less pricey pkumber.

I cannot recommend this company enough. Curtis came out and quickly identified the problem that he was here to fix with my shower/tub. I asked him to take a look at my water heater so that he could get an idea of what I needed so I could get a replacement scheduled in the near future. He found a leak in the water heater that could have been a major issue, AND he replaced that for me as well. He didn’t hesitate to help. He went above and beyond and worked until 9pm fixing both things. Who does that kind of service anymore? He was thorough and it was obvious that he takes pride in his work. I won’t hesitate to use this company and Curtis again for my plumbing needs!

Benjamin stopped out to replace our burnt out garbage disposal. He showed up on time and got the job done fast! It was great to have a knowledgeable and speedy professional get this taken care of. Zak and Gunner were very professional and helpful in trouble shooting the brown water coming out of our pipes. They took the time to explain what they think is causing the problem. After another company comes out to evaluate a different component, we will see if they were right. Nothing was necessarily fixed, more diagnostic at this point. We are still trying to pinpoint the exact issue. I would be happy to use Radiant again in the future.

Honest plumber. Don’t waste time with others. These guys are great. They communicated well and gave me the best price I could find. They care about doing quality work. Hard to find a master plumber that cares and shows up to do the actual work. Well worth it to wait for these guys if you can.

I live in far South Austin and was lucky that a plumber was finishing up in San Marcos right as I called. Frank was very polite. Put shoe covers on each time he entered the house. Diagnosed the leak problem quickly and had it fixed in no time. I am a member of the networking group BNI and that’s how I found them. So glad I did. Highly recommend!

They finally fixed a problem another company had just been putting a bandaid on. They showed up on time and were reasonably priced. Will definitely use them again if we have a problem.

I called A&T services to replace two 27 year old water heaters in my home. I wanted to install tankless water heaters and Pierre sent me a quote. The quote seemed brief and non-descriptive to me so over the weekend we emailed back and forth. I asked a number of questions and he answered them. I researched the water heaters they would install and discovered they were probably the best on the market. A&T came the day they promised and installed both heaters and had them both operable that day. The price was as quoted with no add ons and was less than 1/3 the price I was quoted by a competitor. I will use A&T in the future for all my plumbing needs and will highly recommend them to anyone needing a great plumber for a reasonable rate.Perry Marlow

Had Mr. Rooter come out to diagnose a water leak in my slab after hours. Paid Mr. Rooter $2,525 and change, which included a pre-pay (~$1,700) for the tech to come back the next week and reroute and reconnect the line. After we received an estimate for an ADDITIONAL $575, this is in addition to the $1,700 pre-payment, we chose to complete the reconnect ourselves.We have emailed and called Mr. Rooter to get a refund of the pre-payment for work they never completed with no reply. There is nothing more infuriating than a company that expects to be paid at the time of service for work that has not yet been performed who then refuses to reply when inquiries are made for a refund.The tech who came out to fix the leak was very professional. He found and fixed the problem in a timely fashion. Unfortunately he works for a company that does not seem to follow the lead when it comes to timely refunding customers money.

I had a pretty severe issue that started at 10am, got on the phone with Roto Rooter and by noon they had a tech out, Shannon, and the problem was fixed shortly there after! Couldn't have asked for better service.

These guys are top notch. They Saved me at the buzzer when my mother in law was about 4 hours away from coming into town. They showed up on the fly and their work and customer service was perfect.

We'd been having sewer smells through out the house for awhile and needed to get this issue looked at. Fast Plumbing sent two very professional and courteous plumbing technicians. They took care of the problem quickly and made some suggestions for future problems foreseen. They were very knowledgeable and explained the issues at hand. They stayed in contact via phone calls, emails and texts and always showed up when they said they would. At one point I believe the owner himself showed up. Very pleased and will continue to use their services.

I got a knock on the door from a city employee on Friday after 5pm letting me know I had a big leak outside and after turning off the water, I called Johny Rooter. I'd used them several times before and had always been happy but this was a big job and I was worried. I am so impressed with Coleman. He came all the way from Leander back into Austin on Friday night, worked in the dark and found the leak and fixed it. He was professional, courteous, kind and trustworthy. Because it was after hours and digging in the dark takes longer, I was worried I was going to have a HUGE bill but he took care of us. Paying a plumber is like paying a dentist. You hate the bill but I can honestly say he deserved every penny of it and while I hate having to pay for a leak, I'm glad the good folks at Johnny Rooter get that money. Thanks again Coleman.
