Best Water Heater Service / Installation in Austin TX

Dillon and new Max came right on time and did an awesome job installing under the cabinet tape lights. They met all our asks and specifications. And then went above and beyond by helping us select an appropriate dimmer switch which would be compatible with the lights.Lessons learned. Engage grayzer before grabbing all parts since they know their stuff!! Really pleasant experience working with Dillon and Max!

On our new construction, we had ethernet run throughout the house. The previous electrician put phone jacks on all the outlets and didn't connect anything. Dunman came out and capped the cables in the closet and put in the correct outlets everywhere. They also tested all the lines and even went back and reconnected one that wasn't working properly. They were quick, quiet, and easy. No complaints. It was a little more expensive than I expected, but I'd rather pay for it to be done correctly once and never worry about it again than have it continue to be an issue or be only partially done.

On time. Courteous. Fairly priced. Professional. Cleaned up afterwards.

Clayton Martin was awesome. He discovered a leak I had outside in my yard while walking to my front door. There was a build up of water from a busted pipe. He was there to give me an estimate on replacing 2 toilets and shower heads. It only made sense that I hired him to fix my plumbing issue. Great job and awesome customer service! OMG! These guys were great. They came promptly to give me a bid. It was super easy to get the job scheduled. They showed up on time and did their work with as little disruption to my home as possible. I would definitely use them again and will be sure to recommend them to anyone in need of an electrician!Update: Two years later after the above original post I had an electrical issue and had Morningstar come back. They were again amazing! I thought the issue was with the electrical connection. Morningstar took the time to figure out the machine was defective and not the electrical wiring. They spent all that time figuring out it was my machine not the electrical connection and did not charge me extra for their time. If you have an electrical need. Make sure you call Morningstar!

AC went out in the middle of July. Called Efficient and they were out the same day. Bobby was awesome. He needs all the Slushees you can buy him! A part was needed to fix the issue, but Bobby was back at 730am the next day with the part. 30 mins later, I have AC again! I highly recommend this company.

When I called to set up a service call, John asked me to send him a photo of my panel... So, he had all the parts he needed to make the repairs with him when he came out. Great service all around.

While trying to remove a stump in my yard I accidentally hit a water pipe. In a panic I assumed I hit my main water line so naturally shut off the main water valve and proceeded to call any 24hr plumbing service that would take my call. I called these guys after some horrible service with Roto Rooter and was immediately put in contact with their master plumber David who calmly walked me through a series of questions and asked me to send him some pics of the pipes. Immediately after sending them he told me I had hit my irrigation piping, explaining everything, and advised that I could turn my main line back on after I shut off the irrigation water flow. All while he stayed on the phone with me. Not only did he solve my problem on the eve of thanksgiving but also saved me a ton of money. That kind of service is world class and can’t recommend these guys enough for their willingness to help and expertise. Thanks again!! You guys are awesome! Highly recommend!

This is my second time needing Air conditioner repair with Fox. I’m very happy with the service provided in a timely manner and knowledgeable service men. In both instances I’m happy and I will highly recommend them.

Darvin came out and was friendly and professional. He was able to get my water heater on but the company charged $150 to turn it on which felt like they were taking advantage of me in a desperate situation. Nothing was wrong with my water heater, I was just not doing it right.

I was introduced to this company from Home Depot. The sales man was great and really showed how good the company and their work was. Even though it was a fair bit more expensive we went with it due to the great salesman. But the work and service did not match what we were told!The guys were nice and fast but we paid for all of our ducts to be replaces fully insulated. I told the sails guy things to lookout for and he said his crew would do that and agreed on this. They did not! I had to go up into my attic and check myself as I felt something was off. When I went up there I found that the things we agreed to were not done. 3 of my ducts were not replaced, even had a hole in it! They secured their crawl boards on top of the electrical line, which you do not do!!They double stacked the ducts on one hanger so one was crushed down to 75% air flow so my sons room is hotter than it was earlier before I paid them $7000.00 for this.There was fiber glass on the carpet they left.I called the salesman and went over this first visit to replace the ducts. He scheduled a crew to replace the missed ducts.I then poked my head up there and saw the restricted ducting as my son needed fans to sleep.I called and left another message. I was called back and they asked for pictures. I emailed these. I was told it would be fixed. Weeks went by, no calls or scheduling to fix it.I called again when I found another problem after the insulation was pumped in. I was told again that they would schedule this and the date and time. No one called or came out. Now I'm pretty upset and it takes a lot for me to leave a bad review so I called again. Left a message no response!So we had this work done in May and it's July still not fixed and I know have to go up in the hot attic and fix their work. Pay for the things they covered with insulation, but where supposed to be collected and put in a box per the agreement. I don't know what else I will find.But very disappointed and for the normal home owner who does not crawl up in the attic to inspect these guys work I feel bad as they don't know what the are not doing even though paid for and a lot!!!!They said all their work is guaranteed but you can't get them out to fix their work!

I had and am still having a great experience with Smart Charge America (SCA). They installed a Tesla Wall Connector for me. The quoting process was very responsive and accommodating. I recommend you get quotes from multiple places to see what a fair price is.David came and did a great job. He was friendly and professional.My wall connector is currently having issues and SCA's service team is helping me through it and corresponding with Tesla for me. They are very responsive and responsible. Highly recommend SCA.
