Quoted 3,300 to install a water heater. Offered up 2 potential fixes to avoid replacement, each running at $500/repair with no guarantees and delays. Called my cousin, who fixed it with a $135 part from Home Depot in minutes. Bad Value - Stay Away!

I had a pipe burst in my yard over the weekend. I called a little after 9am and Kyle/Drew were at my house within an hour, and the leak identified/excavated/fixed by 1pm. Very happy. Will call again.

I never write reviews, but this company made me so livid, I have to share my experience. The driver of their company truck was going no less than 90 MPH on the 45 toll road. He PURPOSEFULLY boxed me in, making it impossible for me to safely merge. As a result, I ran out of road and barely avoided a terrible accident as he sped away. I was able to get the number off of the truck, and apparently the driver was the owner!! He has refused to return my calls for explanation. He was acting like an uneducated redneck playing with his truck like it was some kind of toy, AT THE EXPENSE OF MY SAFETY!!! Considering legal action....

Ray arrived within 3 hours (early) on a Saturday. Explained all the cost upfront, how long it would take, and showed me the completed work before finishing.. Appreciate the excellent service. Recommend to anyone.

A&T installed two new toilets in our house last Friday. They were prompt and professional. They took the old toilets and were in and out quickly. Thanks!

Very easy to get an apptmt and he came earlier than our apptmt time. He did not have everything to do the job and went to the store to get items he needed and finished the job. An hour or so later, it stopped working again. We called back to the office and said he will come back after his other jon. He fixed the other problem on the toilet and gave us a price break due to having to return. I would use them again.

My 75-yr old mother (who is currently living alone) called Roto Rooter to get a cap removed that had fallen into a sink drain. She was quoted $60 estimate and was satisfied with that estimate so she asked for the drain stoppers to be replaced in both sinks in the bathroom and she was charged $706 for labor! After complaining about the price and ripping off the elderly the technician lowered the price by $75. They were in the home for about an hour. This is price gouging and taking advantage of an old woman. Upon review on the BBB there were MANY other complaints from people about similar situations with their older parents.

Plumb Masters was recommended to me by another Austin plumber who wouldn't be able to fix my kitchen sink leak for a week. Fortunately Plumb Masters was able to send someone the next morning and the problem appeared to be fixed. Unfortunately the next day, there was evidence that the problem wasn't completely resolved. The next morning , Saturday, two plumbers, Clay and Matt showed up and fixed the remaining problem in about 15-20 minutes, at no additional charge. I have added Plumb Masters to my list of home services contacts for future reference. A responsive, reliable tradesman is a good resource to know. I will call them for future repairs and plumbing services.

From my experience, the staff doesn't communicate well with each other or the client. Dispatch communicated one thing to me and the plumber apparently got a different communication. Maybe they are just having an off week. Second time rescheduling. They say third time's a charm, I hope so
