I had a blockage in my line that caused my washer drain to back up almost every time I washed. Curtis Kurka came out today and cleared the blockage very quickly. He tested his work by having me fill and drain a full tub of water from my washer. It all drained beautifully! Curtis was courteous, pleasant, explained what he was going to do, and even replaced the old cover on my cast iron clean-out as a courtesy. I have used Rooter-Man since 2014 and will continue to do so (but hopefully not for a long time)!

Clark Kent has been our savior with respect to a totally botched builder installation of our sewage lift station. The diagnosis and ultimate repair was complex and solved it by involving all levels of the company even to the experienced seasoned analysis of the owner. They are our go-to plumbing company.

Recently my water heater stopped working and reached A&T services. They fixed it pretty quickly. The issue with the heater was with the controller and Pierre was able to restart the water heater. As this was quick fix Pierre did not charge us for his service visit. Great of him. I would highly recommend to my friends and family members.

I'm lucky to have these plumbers to call on for help with the properties I manage in Austin. One's residential, the other is for a business, and Mr. Rooter keeps both of them working well. Wish I could find an electrician as good as these plumbers!

I wasted my entire weekend waiting for a technician that I had an appointment with Saturday at 10am. I kept getting calls all day Saturday being told someone was still coming. Then finally Saturday evening they called and told me they would schedule me for Sunday morning at 8am. I got one phone call at 10:30am to tell me someone would still be coming. It's 7pm Sunday evening. Still no plumber and not got any further calls. Completely unacceptable.

I have used these guys for years now. Always on time, always professional. One time I had an issue after the technician had left (my fault, not his), I called him and he turned right around and came back to look at it and fix it. Highly recommended.

I just used Fast Plumbing for a cracked water lines in front yard and I could have not had better service. Unexpected issues like this & especially before Christmas is stressful to say the least. After called multiple plumbing companies, Fast Plumbing was the only one able to address it same day. The young man, Mycol, that came out could not have been nicer. He was quite knowledgeable and he explained and showed me everything so I completely understood cause and how it needed to be fixed. He was very patient with all my questions and had a very calming disposition. He definitely helped ease my anxiety. Once it was repaired he showed me everything he had done. He filled holes back up & left front nice. Mycol also went over all invoice details before payment. Price was not as high as I was expecting either so that’s was a nice bonus. Dylan with Ben Franklin plumbing was amazing and so knowledgeable and patient with us regarding our issue. Being new home owners we are learning a lot about our house and we just had a crash course in sewer plumbing. Dylan was quick, assessed the issue, provided us with great information and things to look out for, etc. He resolved our issue quickly and we also had him quote more plumbing items we need to fix sooner than later. I can rest easy now that my issue is fixed and learned a ton in the process.
