Best Water Heater Repair in Austin TX
All around excellent experience with this business. I was provided an estimate a couple years ago, but I decided to hold off on the work until just recently - and Grayzer responded almost immediately to my inquiry for an updated estimate. The cost and availability were both better than a competing bid, and just a few days later Max and his partner (whose name I didn't catch - sorry!) got all the work done in a flash, cleaned up after themselves, showed me everything was working, and made sure I didn't have any lingering questions before leaving. Thanks, y'all!

Would never have paid $170/hr. + $35 trip fee if I knew that the “two-installer deal” was a very slow trainee getting onsite training at my expense, basically. The job was very simple - just reconnect a cable to a meter and strap to foundation. When I saw it required an hour just to connect the cable, I ended the job early. Needed only a drill and screwdriver, but he had tool sets strewn across the yard. When I pointed out the job was a lot simpler than they were making it, the lead would reply, ”we got this, let us do our job,” etc. Called to speak to manager twice and never received a call back.

Jeff showed up on time. I called and needed someone right away. Jeff made. Special trip and did it right away. My appliance was not here yet and he came back to finish when it was delivered. Very professional and explained everything that needed to be done. They charge by the job and not the hour, I love that! Will use again!

They do fine work if you’re in a jam… have used them a few times before…. but to move a couple service lines they just quoted us $2500. I just did it myself in about 2 hours.

Thank you to Elise and Kenneth, owners of Morningstar Light & Electric for being so quick to diagnose and fix a faulty breaker in our home. We've had intermittent breaker tripping in our laundry area, so I didn't want to mess with it. Kenneth was prompt and very courteous and got the job done quickly, professionally and we haven't had any repeat issues since!!Highly recommend Morningstar to anyone needing Electric work done and appreciate their services.Glad to support locally-owned and operated business during the pandemic!! #supportlocal #morningstarlight&electric

AC went out in the middle of July. Called Efficient and they were out the same day. Bobby was awesome. He needs all the Slushees you can buy him! A part was needed to fix the issue, but Bobby was back at 730am the next day with the part. 30 mins later, I have AC again! I highly recommend this company.

First Plumbing sent out a tech to give me a bid to extend gas to an electric stove that I was going to convert to a gas stove. I showed him where all the gas lines were coming into the house. He refused to go up onto the attic to look at anything and said he could re-route it from my patio area and then said he'd get back with me with a bid within two days. OK... four days passed so I called and they said oh it would be $1750. When I told the guy the first guy wouldn't look in the attic and that I wanted my service fee of $45 back he said he would come out and look at it. GUESS WHO NEVER SHOWED? In the mean time I had someone else come out who found it IN THE ATTIC where it was plumbed right above where my new gas stove will be. This new company only charged me $475. WOW...what a difference! Like making $1275! Still out my $45 from the dumbo who came out first. GRRRRRRRR on principal. ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION IF YOU USE THIS COMPANY.

A few weeks ago my air conditioner stopped working. I've never had a problem like this before, so I googled companies that do this. The truth I was a little suspicious, because I usually leave this kind of problems in the hands of my friends. I found this company called Turbo, and I couldn't be more grateful. I scheduled a visit, and they came immediately. They cleaned the filters and removed the gunk that might be causing the damage. Now my air works in perfect condition. I highly recommend them.

Peter W. was the technician that came out to do the annual A/C checkup I requested. Peter was very professional and helpful, explaining different tasks about what he was checking for and showing anything that may be a potential problem. He was not pushy but very informative on every aspect of his work and how we might benefit with different offerings. I would highly recommend Peter as well as Rescue Rooter for any home needs.
