Best Water Heater Installation / Repair in Austin TX

Jason arrived right on time. He was respectful, professional and friendly. He did something I rarely experience with service professionals. He asked a lot of questions to get my input and to understand what I needed. He evaluated my plumbing issue in the master bathroom of our house, and offered me several options for repairing the toilet. He gave me time to assess and evaluate those options. I chose to have the toilet replaced due to several issues with the existing toilet. He offered me great value in a new toilet and was very professional in explaining everything he was going to do. Travis brought the new toilet while Jason removed and prepared for the installation. Travis arrived quickly and they had the new toilet installed in less than an hour. Jason also added value to the service call by taking the time to evaluate the plumbing in my home and give me an assessment of any other potential issues. I am very pleased with the quality of the work, the professionalism and respect of Jason and Travis, and the quick response even with so many people needing plumbing service. I have some other plumbing issues to address in the near future, and I will make sure S and D is my service provider. Excellent work Jason and Travis! Thank you!

They were able to diagnose the problem quickly and even though the water heater was a weird off-brand they were able to find the right part for it and get it shipped and installed today! Faster response than expected and the service was great!

Great service! Had a clog in the kitchen sink, Alexis came out within an hour and took care of the issue right away. He replaced some of the gaskets as well that were causing a leak. Would recommend to anyone.

Jeff has installed a hot water heater a few years back, and more recently he installed a split fuel, downdraft oven. He actually charged a little less than he quoted. Honest guy.

We had a situation where the water heater was leaking. It was after hours and several other plumbers, including the 24hour plumbers we contacted had no technician available or did not answer the phone. We needed to stop the leak quickly and figure out what was wrong with the water heater. We called Fast Plumbing and talked to Lee. Even though it was after hours, he walked us through turning off the water heater. He was very knowledgeable, very helpful, and his expertise was very evident. We first called Johnny Rooter when our sewer backed up at 4pm on Christmas Eve with family staying at the house, and they had it fixed by shortly after 7pm. And there wasn't even an extra charge.
