We went through the Home Depot website to purchase a new water heater, and asked for an install estimate. ARS were the installers to contact me back and set up an appointment later that day. Jim Schaffner came out and gave the estimate, and set me up with Thomas Howard to come out the next morning for an install. Both were great to work with; Thomas did fantastic, clean work on the install and showed us his work throughout the appointment so that we could see how it was going. He has a great personality and was fun to talk to as well. It's only been a couple of days since the install, but the heater is keeping the water hot so all is well!
