The entire experience from scheduling online, confirmation communications, service professional texts all exceeded expectations. They even sent me a text with a picture and bio of the technician who would be performing the service! Professional and buttoned up from beginning to end. The quality of the install was spectacular.

Had my incoming water pipe burst at night, called the next morning and Luke was out within 2 hours. He finished the job in another 3. He was professional, did good quality work, and was clear about the options. They turned a stressful experience into a positive one. Would definitely choose again!

Billy was prompt, professional, and knew exactly what was going on with our laundry drain issue (i.e. standpipe overflowing).He cleared the line and brought in Marcel (also polite and experienced) to run a camera through the standpipe and outside line access, which explained the cause of the intermittent overflow issues and a heads up on another potential issue in the future.There are larger corrective projects that I will likely engage in over the next year and Radiant will be my go-to service.

I had a plumbing problem that had been going on for a week. I burned through two contractors not returning calls and breaking appointments. Then I called Blue Dragon. Wow! what a difference. After setting up an appointment, Gilbert called me back a few minutes later and said he had a free tech that could come now! I'm sorry, but that never happens. I was actually stumped at first- not believing what I was hearing.. 3 hours later - problem fixed. Gilbert and Matt at Blue Dragon have restored my faith in customer service. Its good to know there are still companies who care about their customers.

Davis came out on time. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Very genuine and did not feel any pressure to move forward after the estimate. Answered all questions. Didn't feel sales pitch at all like other plumbers. Can tell Davis just wanted to do what was right by us and fix the leak to the water spigot out back. Will definitely use their services again!

We had a water softener installed about a week ago. About 30 min after they left, we had water all over our garage. They neglected to install a pipe in a pretty obvious hole. We bought the most common water softener on the market and the first excuse this person had was “I’ve never seen this one before”. About a week later, our settings are completely messed up and our water tastes like seawater. They did no hard water test to see what those settings should be. The absolutely only redeemable thing was we didn’t end up paying for what would’ve be a $500 service. Go with someone else.

Mr. Rooter perfectly fit everything I needed from a plumber. I needed one who was affordable, one who was skillful, and, of course, one who worked in or was based in Austin. Needless to say (though I guess I already said it), Mr. Rooter was AMAZING. My home's humming along perfectly thanks to their help.

You will not regret using Jeff for any and all plumbing needs you have. He is extremely knowledgeable and doesn’t try to upsell you things like ALL other plumbers do. He was able to come out same day to check everything out and was back the next morning to replace our broken 50gallon water heater with a tankless. So grateful and will never use anyone else for all things plumbing related!

They were very nice and fast however they are pretty expensive. Cost me over $2,000 to replace my hot water heater.

Big leak behind fridge at 10:00 at night. Tried calling other companies I had heard of first ( Radiant and Strand) both of whom also have 24 hour service. Both told me that they couldn’t get to me until the next day some time. Plumb Master was there in 20ish minutes. Cost a bit more for the visit, but in no way excessive considering it was the middle of the night. Did great work, showed me the problem, explained everything ( including how to turn the water off outside), and was done in maybe 20 minutes.

Best plumber - Exceptional service, courteous and the best price.Wife calls with an emergency - busted pipe, water running down the street. I call 5-6 plumbers, none of which were available without a hefty emergency fee, before reaching the great people at 1st plumbing. 1st plumbing arrived within an hour of my call, idenitifed the issue quickly and repaired the busted pipe even faster. I have found my plumber for all future issues.

They did respond very quickly and the technician was able to arrive the next day. He was running very late unfortunately, and it totally screwed up the baby's nap time. The appointment was scheduled in a 2 hour window which coincided with the baby nap - unacceptable. We determined the pressure reducing valve at the water connection was failing, as the pressure was over 90 PSI. They quoted me $1000 !!!!! To replace a valve that costs $75 at Home Depot and takes maybe 30 minutes to replace. WOW - incredible... DO NOT CALL THESE GUYS. I've received other quotes for $250, $375 and $425 and the local yokel handyman would do it for $175... unbelievable.
