We had 5 contractors come to diagnose our issue prior to Benjaminbl coming out. All the other contractors either had no idea how to diagnose/repair our tankless water heater. Benjaminbl came out and diagnoseed our issue in the first service visit and offered multiple options on repair and or replace. One week later when the parts arrived the crew came out and had our problem fixed in less than two hours. They are very professional and would recommend or work with them again.

I 100% recommend them- I had an issue with my AC, they were responsive, professional, friendly and fixed my issue. I even signed up for their maintenance plan. They get an A+

Gilbert responded to my call immediately and was able to install new shut off valves on a bathroom sink the same day. He worked fast and was able to answer all my questions and offered great advice for future plumbing projects that I had in mind. His service and rate were excellent.

We had a sink emergency and I was incredibly impressed with the prompt, thorough, and professional service that Cleveland provided. Couldn't be happier with my experience with A and T plumbing. I had some work which was needed in my house. Called A and T plumbing and they were real good and putting me on the schedule and getting a service member out quickly to do the work. The service guy was very professional and completed the repair fast. All in all I could not ask for anything more from them, I will recommend them to all my friends.

They did come for an estimate at no cost and were able to schedule to fix my broken water pipe very quickly.
I loved the service and definitely recommend them.

On time and very professional

First of all, the technician/plumber was nice and professional. The 2 days of cancellations of appointments, re-organizing our time for them, and then charging $350 to simply run a hand cranked auger through the line is ridiculously expensive. I will not use them again and will just find a neighborhood plumber. Not worth it.

tl;dr: great work, good prices, versatile - highly recommendedWe had a leak in our garage and water in our water heater pan. Unfortunately they were not related, it turns out we had a leak in our laundry pipes and our 18-year old water heater was giving up the ghost.We called our regular plumber but he was unavailable, so we called the references he gave us as well as some companies off Yelp like Thunderbird plumbing. Ted from Thunderbird seemed the most knowledgeable and trustworthy (according to Hope, who used to work with a lot of subs as an architect and a construction project manager), and surprisingly enough also had the cheapest estimate. (Some plumbers wouldn’t even do all the work we wanted, like installing a pressure relief valve).A few days later Ted came to do all the work, and it seems to be done really well. He even replaced our main water shutoff valve without charging us more than his original estimate.All in all, a great experience, well worth a 5-star rating.

I have used Fast Plumbing so many times this year. Snovid led to a cascade of events that included remodeling two bathrooms. They have been amazing to work with every single time. The plumbers are always on time. They are professional. The quality of work is excellent. I served as my own project manager for both bathrooms and they were always willing to give me advice on next steps. I loved that they would request photos of the project and then correspond on next steps and projected price. They made things easy. My slab leak, new walk in shower, new water heater, faucets, and new pipes are a huge improvement. Highly recommend this small, local company.

Way to much money

Do not hire for backflow valve inspection if you live outside of San AntonioTLDR: They told me for a week that they could inspect my backflow valve, they even told me they were on the way to my house, only to then tell me after I got home and called that they only have one inspector and that he's in San Antonio so it would be a week or two before they could come by.The long versionPer the city I had to get my backflow valve inspected by a set date, ten days ahead of that date I called AAA Auger gave them my address in Round Rock and asked if they could come do the inspection. This was Thursday. I spoke with their inspector who told me he could squeeze me in on Monday, and if not certainly on Tuesday.I didn't hear from them until Wednesday, they called and wanted to know if they could come by on Thursday. I asked what happened to Monday or Tuesday and they said no one had documented it. OK some harm but a minimal foul I still had time to get the inspection done.I had kept my schedule clear on Monday and Tuesday. Thursday didn't work, I couldn't get away from work. I asked if it could be Friday. They said yes so everything was copacetic. Friday morning I called and asked if they had some idea when they might be coming by. Dispatch put me through to somebody who said they were on their way.I dropped everything and ran home to meet them. After sitting at home for 45 minutes I called to ask how much longer they would be...At this point I was told that they only had one backflow inspector and that he was based in San Antonio and would not be able to come up to Round Rock until he could put together 4 or 5 service calls. But hey, he could come see me in a week or two.I've been trying to think in my head how many different AAA Auger employees I told that I lived in Round Rock before they had me sitting at home waiting and only then told me that they couldn't come see me. Two people the first day, and one person at least twice the following Wednesday. I'm gob smacked at how badly they screwed this up not to mention completely irate.I'd say I have no words to describe how mad I am but clearly I had a lot. I just feel like they have only explained about 50% of how upset I am.
