I started a maintenance contract with this company 5 yrs ago after replacing the HVAC units in my duplex. That pays for them to inspect & maintain every spring & fall plus 10% off needed services. TBH I only intended to keep this plan long enough for the discount on a sizeable job reworking the electric feed on one unit but having priced what it costs for just the yearly tune-up, and seeing how much i saved on freon the one time they found a leak, I've decided to keep it going. With 1 exception, they have always gotten to us quickly even in the busy summer and prices seem fair for the local industry. That exception is why I took off 1 star, which I may revise later. They forgot to auto renew my account last fall & failed to return my call for furnace tuneup, apparently due to major personnel change like so many businesses have been going through. If they had to drop the ball, definitely better before a mild winter than before summer. ? They were quick to respond this spring, efficiently tuning & cleaning both AC units, even though the condensate line was pretty well clogged on my tenant's side. Everyone has always been friendly & professional, taking appropriate health precautions according to the time they visited. Hopefully the staffing is steady now & they'll start calling me to schedule the maintenance visits, bc taking that task off my to-do list is part of the perk of getting the contract.

First Plumbing sent out a tech to give me a bid to extend gas to an electric stove that I was going to convert to a gas stove. I showed him where all the gas lines were coming into the house. He refused to go up onto the attic to look at anything and said he could re-route it from my patio area and then said he'd get back with me with a bid within two days. OK... four days passed so I called and they said oh it would be $1750. When I told the guy the first guy wouldn't look in the attic and that I wanted my service fee of $45 back he said he would come out and look at it. GUESS WHO NEVER SHOWED? In the mean time I had someone else come out who found it IN THE ATTIC where it was plumbed right above where my new gas stove will be. This new company only charged me $475. WOW...what a difference! Like making $1275! Still out my $45 from the dumbo who came out first. GRRRRRRRR on principal. ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION IF YOU USE THIS COMPANY.

Wow, I’m so appreciative for Fox Service Company. I called on a weekend afternoon in need of help with a shower and toilet issue. Other companies seem to not be available or too costly. I was impressed by how fast and affordable they were. My technician, Jeremy was able to come out the same day. He was thorough and honest. Thank you for making my day. Great service! I’ve known them for years, local and family owned years. The last time that I used them it was because my kitchen sink had a weird smell and like I enrolled in the maintenance plan they gave me priority. I was scheduled for the next available slot and they got to my house with a truck full of parts and equipment just to make sure that they finished the job the same day

ARS came out for a maintenance check and the clerk Michael checked everything out. He found a problem with our AC and brought it to my attention. He told me how important it was for this part to be replaced. He cane out the next morning installed the part and we are good to go. I really appreciated him being here on time and how he explained what he was doing. He was very courteous and professional.
