Melvin and his team did a great job! They came to my place after 2 days I requested and found the leaking within a minute! I (and plumbers who came to my place a few days ago) suspected that the leaking is from concrete slab, but it turns out that the leak is from the front yard. He catched the leaking instantly without any high technology tools. If it's necessary, he probably used that tool, but he found the leaking with just dip stick. He saved me from $10000 of bills for concrete slab leaking repair. Highly recommend him and his team.

There were some line items that needed fixing (water heater, toilet, sink pipe) from the home inspection report. He gave me options and how much each option would cost. He was able to replace the water heater, fix the pipe and reinstall the toilet on the same day. The job was done in less than 4 hours. Highly recommend

My sewer line backed up and broke my wax ring in my toilet from sewage coming up. I fixed the wax ring in my toilet and when they came they then grabbed and shook my toilet which moved the wax ring and caused the toilet to start leaking when it wasn’t previously and then they proceeded to charge me $300+ to put a new one on (wax rings cost $1-$10 depending on what you’re getting). They then popped the sewer clog outside and used a video to check it out. The price they quoted me to fix it was outrageous ($6,000+ Compared to quotes I’ve been getting from other companies. Safe to say I won’t be calling this company again.

Gilbert is awesome, very friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. Our garbage disposal clogged up 2 hrs before we were scheduled to fly to Montreal and he took care of it in no time! Definitely saved our travel plans and disposal. Just recently had him out again to replace a leaky sink basket was just as happy with his work! Our go to plumber!

Mike and Kyle came out from Capital City Plumbing to diagnose and repair a leak behind the wall of my shower. They were determined to find and fix the leak. He was able to come out same day to check everything out and was back the next morning to replace our broken 50gallon water heater with a tankless. So grateful and will never use anyone else for all things plumbing related!

Make sure you ask lots of questions before using this company. Here's why. I asked to have a plumber dispatched for a new electric water heater that did was not producing hot water. Fast plumbing charge $218 dollars for a diagnostic call. I agreed to the amount.A plumber and apprentice came by in less than an hour. Both people diagnosed the problem as a low voltage or fuse problem. Needless to say fuse issues are outside of their job. However (most) plumbers understand to turn off/on switch was near the water heater was off. In my case my switch was never turned on. This manor issue was missed by the master plumber and apprentice. I called the office hoping to come to a monetary compromise but the office manager refused to take responsibility this BASIC plumbing oversight.

Kailum and Oliver were very prompt in diagnosing the issue and efficient in fixing my hot water heater all for an affordable price! I will definitely be calling them in the future for my plumbing needs!!
