We lost AC/Heat Thursday evening. I submitted a callback online from Abacus Friday morning which I received in under 30-min. Within about 2-hours, Frank Gonzales was at our house and diagnosed the problem. The compressor died in our outdoor HVAC unit. The soonest they could get a Carrier replacement and install was Monday. Frank also installed the replacement compressor. He had us up and running in a few hours. He explained what goes into replacing a compressor, why, and that it’s not like changing a battery. I would recommend requesting Frank if he’s available. He took his time, did it the work correctly, and made us feel confident we shouldn’t run into any issues in the near future with all he had done. Great experience!

Be sure to ask for master plumber Chris Thompson. Also since I recently moved, I couldn't find any of my tools. Chris was able to tighten up the hoses to my washing machine at no charge. After having a small power outage, I decided to call turbo to check my electrical connections, so I could make my home safe.
