As usual Curtis at Rooterman Plumbing is an Ace plumber! Never have I had such excellent service, I just can’t say enough good things about him and his company. They have saved my bacon several times now.This is the fourth time I have used their service and I request Curtis every time. I have had another one of their plumbers out, Eddie, and he was great as well!I don’t know the owner’s secret to recruiting, but he has some darn good plumbers and the rest of his staff is super as well.I had a major plumbing replacement project that they handled for me and they were able to keep my facilities going while they performed the work. The service and friendly nature of all the employees were outstanding!I could keep going on and on about this company but I definitely give them five stars for every service call... you can’t go wrong with Rooterman...

The day after Christmas we had a clogged drain. Upstairs bathtub was draining into the other upstairs tub, upstairs toilets weren't flushing. My husband attempted to snake the drains, wasn't getting it clear. Then water started coming throught he kitchen ceiling. We called lots of plumbers with great reviews, but all were busy since it was the week between Christmas and New Year. We ended up with Radiant because they could be out the soonest. Bad decision. We should have figured out a way to wait for the better reviewed plumbers.We are now 2 and a half weeks and over $20k into this nightmare. There is little to no communication without our fighting for it. We have had a tunnel dug out under our house for over 2 weeks now, but can't get Radiant out here to backfill it. (That'll be great for our foundation, right?) We can't get updated invoices after repeated requests, until they contact us for another payment.The worst home repair company we have dealt with. The lack of communication is utterly frustrating. There are multiple crews that clearly don't even communicate with each other, since every new crew acts completely surprised with the situation when they arrive. Every call we make gets routed to someone else who has some other vague position in relation to our project.Here's hoping they give a crap about reviews, since they clearly don't give one about their customers.

Gilbert is as good as it gets for a plumber. He takes his work very seriously and does the job right- with a sense of humor. He goes out of his way to get you the best price too. We have been working with him since 2014. He has installed 2 water heaters- the second one he had to make slight modifications with the new regulations on water heaters (no prob). We had a gas leak scare last week - he came and made the repair the same day (on the weekend)!! and didn't mention cost. We highly recommend Blue Dragon- he will do it right and treat you like family.

They fit us in schedule for a/c repair.

I called A&T services to replace two 27 year old water heaters in my home. I wanted to install tankless water heaters and Pierre sent me a quote. The quote seemed brief and non-descriptive to me so over the weekend we emailed back and forth. I asked a number of questions and he answered them. I researched the water heaters they would install and discovered they were probably the best on the market. A&T came the day they promised and installed both heaters and had them both operable that day. The price was as quoted with no add ons and was less than 1/3 the price I was quoted by a competitor. I will use A&T in the future for all my plumbing needs and will highly recommend them to anyone needing a great plumber for a reasonable rate.Perry Marlow

I scheduled a service call for a leak in my kitchen sink. The technician came by and he took 20 mins to tell me what the problem is .He wasn’t even sure where the issue is and quoted me 680$ for replacing kitchen strainer which is not even the root of the leak.I could get a new sink for that. The quote is ridiculous.

Asa provided excellent service! He went above and beyond by helping us out with an additional faucet problem. Asa was prompt, professional and quick.

We needed something to prevent rats from swimming up our sewer pipe and called several other plumping services and were told they didn’t know how to help us, until we called L&P. Fabio was familiar with the business and recommended installing a backflow preventer. It only took a couple of hours between we made the phone call and the technician arrived. Got the problem solved fast and professionally!

Their name is an understatement! It was the fastest service I have ever experienced and the most ethical. I was walked through over the phone who to fix a simple problem. In less than 3 minutes, my problem was solved!

I really can’t say enough about how great these guys are! It was an absolute pleasure having them in my home. Marco and Juan were awesome, showed up on time, got right to it and took care of my very clogged kitchen sink within a few minutes. They put everything back together that I had torn apart trying to fix it myself. They cleaned up, made sure everything was draining properly and that nothing was leaking, and they were on their way! Don’t hesitate to call these guys if you need some plumbing help, you won’t be disappointed!!

Misleading about their massive fees and billing procedures; unprofessional office staff.Called them to come give me a quote for the repair of a commercial water heater and their response time sounded good. When they came out I was told that the Evaluation Service Fee, was 255$, regardless of how simple the issue is. Sounded excessive, but since that usually comes with the work, I said ok. Their technician Dominic was good with his work, etc. He was able to fix the problem (even with a few complications, i.e. blew one of our fuses touching two leads together so had to run and get more; needed a tool he didn't have on his van so had to run get it, etc.). So after the work, he said that his supervisor would not let him invoice me, which is somewhat unusual as well (and would have been nice to know upfront). Of course you try to work with everyone you want to continue doing business with, so complied in good faith. Well after paying, realized that I had been charged the full amount of the repair and then also the service fee. Since usually if I bid out a job to a company, on giving them the job they include that in the cost for the work. Maybe an oversight. Called their office and spoke with their Office Manager Jennifer, who when asked about it made it clear that she felt I was attempting to not pay them for the work done. I apologized and told her that I would like to keep doing business with them, but that the usual was to include a Service Call fee within the cost of the payment for providing the business. She was very clear that they did not feel they needed our business. Did not want to even let me speak to someone else, said I would have to schedule a call. No wonder they did not want to invoice me. Well point taken. I'll never work with this company again.If you are with the company reading this; please make sure that if you are going to charge an excessive service fee and not include it with the work (as is a standard in the industry) that you are making that explicit to the person who is paying.Misleading customers is unethical, and not very good business.

We cannot express how happy we have been with Moore and More plumbing! David is reliable, punctual, communicative, and thorough. He came to our rescue when we needed a sewer line replaced ASAP, and has helped us with many other things since. He is a pleasure to do business with, always smiling and cheerful. We are so happy to have found Moore and More plumbing and would highly recommend their services!

From my experience, the staff doesn't communicate well with each other or the client. Dispatch communicated one thing to me and the plumber apparently got a different communication. Maybe they are just having an off week. Second time rescheduling. They say third time's a charm, I hope so
