Best Sewer And Water in Austin TX

Hired to install a PRV. They listened to my concerns and recommendations and adjusted appropriately. Did the work with good quality pipes and in a timely matter. Will use them again for my in-laws

We had a major league sewer problem with sewage backing up into our downstairs bathroom. We called our normal plumbing service, we had to wait 2 days for them to get us scheduled, and they were not able to fix the problem. Then we called Rooter Man. They were there with a couple of hours, fixed the immediate problem of clearing the blockage and then showed us the bigger problem via camera. The full fix required replacing damaged sewer pipes. That was late Friday afternoon , they had an estimate to us by Monday AM, and they began work early Tuesday. They had the whole thing fixed in around a half day even though the problem was worse than they originally thought and required them to go to the store to buy additional material. Dave and Eddie did a great job - they really know their stuff, and the work was done in much less time than we expected. I highly recommend Rooterman

He was professional, courteous and worked hard to make sure we were happy with his work. He also is great with dogs. If you need any plumbing services Clarke Kent is your best bet.

I can’t remember how I was referred to BenjaminBL Plumbing, but I’m so glad I was. As a company, they are very responsive and friendly. We’ve had two situations now when we’ve needed a plumber, and each time we called BenjaminBL was a great experience. Benjamin is very knowledgeable, skilled, and super nice, to boot. He was quick to make repairs, explain the issue, and answer questions, including questions about a (no longer mysterious) outdoor drainage pump that was installed prior to our residency, and that no one else had a clue about. I also really appreciate that Benjamin talks with you, not at you or down to you. No one wants to have to call a plumber, but he made it a pleasant and painless experience. All around very impressed with this company and could not recommend them more highly.

Carlos came out and explained that since our standard water heater is 14 years old, he couldn’t guarantee that it would come back on after he performed a flush on it. He inspected our home and gave us various options for getting it up to code including quotes for replacing our water heater with another standard heater or a tankless unit. Carlos was very courteous and very forthcoming with pros and cons associated with our options.

Pierre and his team are fantastic! We recently had a leaking water softener and were not sure how to change out the part that was leaking. Pierre was able to assess the problem quickly and came out to fix the issue right away. He was at our house bright and early the next morning and had the issue fixed within 10 minutes. We have used Pierre and his team for our water heater before and they never disappoint. If you are torn on who to call - don't be - call A&T Plumbing!

I engaged Mr. Rooter to replace two toilets and flush the hot water heater they installed 3 years ago. They advised me then that it should be flushed out every year but those 3 years went by quickly. Obviously I've used Mr. Rooter before and will again. They arrive on schedule and are very respectful of my home. The plumber they sent this time was very efficient and was able to show me the deposits he flushed out of the water heater - so I won't be letting that go for another 3 years. Installing new toilets is a messy job - but when he left my home you would never have known he'd been there. Thanks for making it easy for me.

Excellent experience with Capital City Plumbing and Drain at a reasonable price. Worked with Shawn and his communication was great. Called before he arrived and answered all the questions we had.Worked was well done with our outside pipes and valves and he cleaned the area when he completed the work.Had Shawn also look at our water heater project and he gave us a few different options to consider and was very informative.I would recommend Capital City Plumbing and will give them a ring for next project.

Replaced broken expansion tank, but did not work to resolve other water heater issue so still without hot water.

Alex did a great job repairing a broken sewage drain pipe underneath the slab, which required tunneling. Very responsive and communicated effectively what was needed to be done.

I am a fan! We have complex water heater issues at our home related to the original construction. There was no easy solution. Jeff spent much time problem solving instead of just ripping open walls which would have been much more costly. He came up with a solution that works perfectly. Ted and Jeff fixed other items in our home as well. I'm so thankful to find people that are top notch in their craft, kind, professional, easy to work with and very fairly priced. Fair and detail oriented. Eric and Sparky did an excellent job plumbing both a water softener and new sink in my garage. They arrived on time, bid the job, agreed on a price and stayed most of the day until the job was done about 7 hours. Very polite, personable and even took into consideration my two napping children in the middle of the day. Definitely recommend these guys.

I had a copper pipe literally spraying water inside of a wall. It made a huge puddle! I cut away the dry wall and mitigated the mess with a constant supply of dry towels.Cody and Brian got the job, they called ahead, were on time and respectful of my home. After they inspected, they showed me the price up front and explained the work to me.They worked fast and completely fixed the leaking pipe in my wall. I could tell they worked well together and were experienced.The work is also backed for 18 months. The price was not cheap but I'm glad to support a good business with good workers who back up quality work.

Jeff and his cohort were kind, educational, and friendly. They solved the problem quickly and were willing to check another problem I have been trying to isolate. Jeff even helped remotely to prime the water heaters after the propane ran dry! Exceptional service!
