Gilbert did a fantastic job for us. The Pressure Regulator Valve on our new home wasn't functioning properly, resulting in annoyingly low water pressure. Gilbert was able to quickly troubleshoot the issue and install a replacement. Professional & on time. Our repair ended up coming in under the original estimate, we feel his service offers a good value. We will be using Gilbert for any future plumbing repair needs.

Fantastic experience with A&T. Had a leak that was so bad that Austin Water contacted me due to excessive water usage. Called A&T at 2pm, they had it done, yes done by 6 pm. Great work. Everyone was friendly with a sense of urgency. Corbin and Corbin, Associates, as I came to call them, explained everything as it was progressing, and made sure to get a quote before starting any major work. Mr. Rooter perfectly fit everything I needed from a plumber. I needed one who was affordable, one who was skillful, and, of course, one who worked in or was based in Austin. I had a pipe burst while I was out of town, and was coming back in town Friday night and was hoping to have water back on by Saturday. Nathan was able to come out first thing Saturday and was very friendly and polite. He was happy to answer questions and explain to me how things worked and was able to identify and fix the issue faster than I could've imagined. He was upfront about the costs and I can say this is a very honest business that does quality work at a fair price.

These guys are top notch. They Saved me at the buzzer when my mother in law was about 4 hours away from coming into town. They showed up on the fly and their work and customer service was perfect.

Men were very polite, professional, and were done with the repairs in a reasonable time. However, I had a leak the next day coming from the toilet’s shutoff valve. They returned to fix the leak, but we decided not to have it fixed. The material cost was under $15.00 and labor was $170. I was disappointed because I know that wouldn’t even take one hour. I suspect we were being charged for two plumbers to be here. This job only takes one person, but I was being charged for two. $170 for labor is HIGH!!Update: my husband took care of the leak. It cost $16.26 and took 20 minutes.

Of course our ac died on a Saturday night. Most places are closed or don't work on Sundays. Someone from their messaging center contacted me on Sunday that they would look for an appt asap. I had a phone call by 7am Mon. AC repair man by 830am. He quickly found the issue, replaced the part and got everything working great again. I was relieved it seemed like a pretty affordable fix. I would recommend this company & that technician Daren.

There was a pipe leaking from the street to the house. They knew the problem but did not mention money until they were onsite. $99 to drive to the house. $400 to dig to find the leak. That's before repairs. Not a local business.
