Best Replace Water Heater in Austin TX

Ryan brought 2 toilets both had problems and leaked at the tank & base. Not his fault. He tried hard.

Great communication from this company and entire team from Sales to installation. We knew what we were purchasing and communicated with regarding installation times. Everyone was polite and courteous and showed up to the Site on time and worked diligently to get our old system removed and the new one installed. The team took care in navigating our home with the new parts to not damage our home. Only and really minor issue was hand prints were left on recently painted walls near both thermostats. The office told me there was no charge to get a bid for possible work needed under house. The plumber arrived and said I'd have to pay $200.00. When I protested, he said the office didn't know because they're not plumbers. He did a small job (capped a gas line) which took about 15 mins. and then refused to apply the $200 to the work, and added an additional $130.00. I called the office to let them know what transpired and to request that they rectify this situation. Was told the accountant would call me back. Never got a call back. Bad way to do business. Go elsewhere! Other companies are more honest and do not charge for bids or tell you upfront that they do, and it is nowhere near $200.00.

Dustin was here within an hour of calling the company. He diagnosed the issue immediately and had everything repaired within 30 minutes. We were extremely satisfied with the service and will certainly call them again should the need arise.

They don't know how to an estimate

Now that Mr. Rooter's fixed my shower, I can properly shower them with praise! Okay, lame pun, but my point is that Mr. Rooter are Austin's best plumbers. They did a fantastic job fixing up my shower, which seemed to me to have been a lost cause.

Tech 1506 (Dave) was the best. He had a difficult job replacing the cutoff valves below my bathroom sink and did very well. He also had to replace an old faucet that was very corroded and difficult to remove. He did that very well also. He also wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the work and cleanup. Could not have been more satisfied

Had an outside (thankfully) pipe burst during a big freeze and I was out of town for another 10 days. They came and fixed it same day while other places were quoting 5 days later. Did a great job and sent lots of pictures of the job, along with insulating the outside pipe fully.Would highly recommend these guys and I will use again in the future!

Outstanding! So grateful to Johnny Rooter! Plumbing leaks never happen at a convenient time. I got a knock on the door from a city employee on Friday after 5pm letting me know I had a big leak outside and after turning off the water, I called Johny Rooter. I'd used them several times before and had always been happy but this was a big job and I was worried. I am so impressed with Coleman. He came all the way from Leander back into Austin on Friday night, worked in the dark and found the leak and fixed it. He was professional, courteous, kind and trustworthy. Because it was after hours and digging in the dark takes longer, I was worried I was going to have a HUGE bill but he took care of us. Paying a plumber is like paying a dentist. You hate the bill but I can honestly say he deserved every penny of it and while I hate having to pay for a leak, I'm glad the good folks at Johnny Rooter get that money. Thanks again Coleman.
