Although the initial technician was very professional and courteous the prices were way to much. I do understand this kind of work is special in nature but replacing a few wall outlets in my home should not be near 500$. Perhaps a ruff estimates could have been done over the phone so I could have told them they were way over what I wanted to pay. Instead I was told this in my home and had to pay the 59$ fee. Please make your prices more affordable for small projects. I am going to have to go to a certified handy service that charges 1/3 of your price.

Really tremendous experience with Eddie and Tim. Professional and a pleasure to have in our home. They were quick with the repair and provided info on maintenance. Scheduling with abacus was great, too. Quick call, next-day service.

He patiently listened to my concerns, reprogrammed my thermostat to include emergency heat, and educated me on what to do in a winter storm as well as changed my filter and ensured there was no damage from the recent snowmaggedon. My pipe was completely damaged and I had to call a plumbing service to fix it, a friend recommended turbo plumbing and I was very satisfied with the service, great.

Home Depot referred me to their specialized arrangement with a company that would install an electric tankless water heater and we do a good job. I called them, setting up an appointment, told him where I lived, and after much discussion the lady came back and told me that they do not install tankless water heater’s because they are too much trouble. I then told them that I wanted to have a water heater similar to the one that I currently have. Same size etc. We set up the appointment and I waited four hours for the plumber to come and he gets out of his truck and says, “we don’t work on condos.“ This was after I had told them at least two other times that we were in a condo and they had my address. They should get their act together and they also should not act like they are providing a special service for Home Depot when they simply do not provide that service. They need to be better educated on their arrangement,and so does Home Depot.

Very happy with this company. 2 people showed up on time and did a great and clean job installing my Tesla WC. I noticed they worked well with each other and even though one was a trainee, Clay was very patient and treated her like an equal. Good people.
