Initial request three days ago: Unclog main sewer line with hydrojetter. Was told ok and scheduled to today. Sent tech guy out without hydrojetter after Noon. Review can be provided tomorrow, assuming job completed tomorrow. So far, not true to word. Did provide temporary fix so toilet can be used overnight.

great job.. serviceman showed up on time and diagnosed the problem and solution, immediately bought another faucet and installed it.

Ray came out and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable to be able to explain to me who knows nothing and explain what issues we were having and what work needs to be done. He helped us a tone and now we know what steps to take!

They don't know how to an estimate

They did come out quickly to help with a smell of gas in our new home, but we’re not able to fix it as it was an appliance and not the pipe. The owner was very kind and did give a generous refund of a portion of the charge for services. Thank you!

On time and very professional

After our appointment window had expired (4:00PM - 7:00PM) our man finally arrived at about 7:30. I was a bit put off, but he set right to work and finally figured out a pretty tricky issue that was causing us not to be able to get hot water at out kitchen sink (not a good thing).All ended well......sink fixed, and I think we were charged fairly. We will use them again (hopefully, not soon).BH

Really got screwed with this one. Thunderbird was great and communicative until things became a hot mess. My house is from the 50s with terrible plumbing. I received multiple repair bids ranging from 5-15k and went with Thunderbird. I did all the repairs they recommended for my house. Unfortunately, when they fixed the initial problem it brought another problem to light- bad drainage. I left 4 voicemails over the course of 2 weeks with no call back. I found an active leak that I can't get them to fix, they were going to come out one day but no show-no called. I've requested warranty information 4 times but nothing. Dealing with bad plumbing is a pain as-is but, it's worse when the person that's supposed to be fixing it goes dark.

Very friendly and fast but both leaks they fixed had to be refixed. This took more time, more huge water bill, and more inconvenience of having no water at the house. Very high price after initial lower quote. We ended up having to trench the yard ourselves to physically find the problem. Plumbers aren't diggers! We learned all this the hard way and are grateful they refixed their work but have a hard time trusting it now.

Sam was able to come out the day after my call and resolved our problem quickly. He did an excellent job at a fair price!

Ryan Spaulding came over to look at a leak we had in the waste and overflow of the bathtub. He diagnosed the problem pretty quickly (it was a bad gasket). He also tightened some bolts I didn't even know existed and gave me some maintenance tips that were very useful. He was a great guy to deal with, very helpful and honest. Fantastic! Professional, honest, timely service

I was happy with the rapid response to my request for an appointment, the courteous workers who showed up on time, and the speed with which they fixed my broken kitchen faucet. I blanched, however, when they presented me with the bill -- $ 175! Good work, but pricey!

Ben Franklin, and especially Dillon, have continued to do great work on my 30y old house. He has repaired and updated the different sinks, tubs, and toilets in the upstairs bathrooms that were in disrepair. Everything now runs, drains, and flushes so much more cleanly and efficiently than I could remember.
