Every time I need something electrical done, I know that I can count on Dunman Electic to get the job done! Inside, outside or poolside- they have done it all for us and we have always been happy with their service.I would recommend them highly.And, Becky is always a joy to speak to on the phone.

The assessment fee I agreed to originally was $59. I felt this was fair. All I was looking for was an assessment of why my doorbell wasn’t working. He would tell me it was probably a problem with the doorbell transformer in the attic but wouldn’t go into the attic to check it unless I agreed to pay $300. I didn’t feel the assessment I had paid for had actually been done at this point.I agreed for him to go up, and exactly as I thought, the remodelers had just left out the transformer. This is a $20 device. All I needed was to know where it was supposed to be, that it has power, and that it was missing, but he wouldn’t actually assess this unless I was paying much more.I called the company while he was in the attic and talked them down to a still steep $225, but only after his boss very condescendingly told me he’s not going to “work for free.” Apparently, $59 is free now. If they had just assessed the problem and let me fix it like I planned, I would be out less than $100.

John was FANTASTIC! I had troubles installing a new fan in a bedroom. Installed one everywhere else in the house just fine but this one room was not working out. Had a handyman come out and he couldn’t figure it out either. Explained everything to John. Told him I’d be at my computer if he needed me and literally just as I had sat down, he said he knew what the issue was. He explained in details to me (because I’m a nerd) what was going on and how things were supposed to work. (Original electrician who installed cut corners) And John had it up and running super quickly! Definitely will call back in the future and refer to clients of mine for work. Very well priced. Especially compared to SALT…. THANKS JOHN!! (John deserves the cake ?)

I dont think these reviews matter unless you formally complain to someone like BBB. I used Fox for an electric repair before inside my home and was impressed with the quality/professionalism . So i called them again but this time to fix my broken AC which stopped working a few days back. One guy came in and he found out that the compressor is broke which turned out to be correct. But anything he said afterwards was completely incoherent , unstable and rip minded. He quoted 4900 to change my 18L compressor first and later he said thats not going to work and i may have to change the whole unit for $9800! . I must say he made a few phone calls and tried to look as if he was honest and genuine. Well Fox the cost of the compressor is only 2000 and i got it done , thanks to angies list. I know your name is Fox (pun intended ) but trust me with this advise ... dont go with the way someone looks and always remember all of us have a brain and if not google . So you got to be smarter than that.

My water was over 20 years old, it was still working, but I wanted to prevent problems before they happened. I contacted ARS rescue rooter in Austin, TX. Thomas Howard arrived on time and ready to go. Thomas was very professional and knowledgeable which put me at ease. Thomas went the extra step explaining the difference between tankless and regular water heater, things the person at Home Depot failed to mention.
