Collen was our tech and our experience with him was wonderful. We had requested Rooter Man as we needed to clear out our french drain. Not only did he do the job we requested with speed but he also went over and above to give us recommendations and improved our drainage flow. Would definitely use this company again.

Hired for drain clog. Almost seemed too easy once they temporarily unclogged what was flooding our kitchen. It was a Friday night and whatever it was, they said it was a simple fix. We then asked them to look at our urinal and they said they would email us a quote soon.The next day, the same clog popped up and our floor drain was clogged all over again. Whatever they moved literally just turned over and went right to clogging our system again. The kitchen flooded on a Saturday night, one of our busiest evenings.We called multiple times, left messages, and tried emailing the only email we got from them as a copy of the previously paid invoice.No response. No email. No call back. I called during the week again and asked for a manager. The operator said she'd relay the message and see if they could discount a urinal fix.No call back. No email. No response. No discount on future projects. Nothing. We spent another $500+ (a machine is used to unclog the drain) on another company the day after Benjamin BL worked with us.That company called a couple days later to check on us and make sure everything ran smooth. That was much appreciated..Benjamin left us burning and couldn't even follow up with us after we tried several times to reach them.

Jeff is a great plumber. I had the joy of onboarding him and I can attest that he does great quality work. He always has the customers best interest at heart. I’m proud to call him a coworker.

I called Daniel's Plumbing after another company failed to show up two days in a row. Daniel's was quick to respond, got me scheduled right away, and came out the next day. They were on time, professional, gave me multiple options to deal with the plumbing issue, and then they got it done, cleaned up, and were on their way. Mr. Rooter replaced a large drainage pipe for me. This was a big, multi-day project. They charge a flat fee but still took the time to do the job right. Great workmanship and service!

This rave review is belated, but I just want to sincerely thank Capital City Plumbing and Drain, and especially Ryan, for doing such great work. We were concerned that we had a pipe collapse and that we would need to completely replace our old cast iron plumbing. That day will come, but for now the problem ended up just being a blockage. Ryan devoted serious time and effort to carefully investigating the problem, and then clearing the blockage. We are really thankful for his patience and focus and expertise! Capital City was also a fantastic company to communicate with. They were clear, prompt and efficient with texts and phone calls. Thank you so much again.

It cost $380 to change outdoor spigot. It took less than 10 minutes. Definitely not ever using these guys again. . I even had to provide the spigot. Not worth the value at all. Buyer beware.

Impressed by the integrity and professionalism of these folks.Victor came out, arrived on time and got cracking on the issues that had been identified by a home inspector.Turns out the two expensive repairs that had been recommended weren't needed and instead everything was sorted out in an hour with some relatively minor adjustments.Was a pleasure working with Victor and you should call them if you need any plumbing help.

A co-worker recommended Thunderbird plumbing so I called them up. It's been my best experience during my remodeling project. Jeff came by to see the work area and give me an estimate and was very responsive to my calls and emails. He came in a few days later, right at the time we had scheduled, and made quick work of the shower valve. Plus, he charged about a third of the price another plumbing company had quoted me. I'd recommend Thunderbird to anyone.

The company was very responsive. The sent someone quickly and kept me posted on the arrival time. The technician was professional and courteous. He explained all of my choices, answered my questions, but didn't pressure me to spend more on services that I didn't need right away. They are a little on the expensive side. But, I'm willing to spend more on a service I can trust in my home.

Very nice people but they have gotten crazy expensive. They sent out two people (one appeared to be a trainee) on a non-weekend and non-emergency call. A garden hose faucet (bibb) needed replacing and I was afraid that I had messed it up since it would not come off and got a tiny bit twisted around.The people were nice and decided that the only thing needed was to unscrew the old faucet (it took some muscles) and screw the new one on. The cost was just under $250! Seriously, they only had to unscrew the old one and screw on the new one. Took about 15 minutes and they even had me turn the water to the house off and later back on myself. And the faucet itself is now crooked!I contacted the company and the owner feels that the charge is reasonable. Too bad that he has gotten so greedy and charges so much. He must have a yacht payment due.

Unfairly high pricing for the service. Paid their service call fee and sent them packing. Just needed a simple kitchen drain unclogged and they wanted to charge over $320. I bought a $4 bottle of drain cleaner, problem solved. Don’t know how they stay in business while trying to rip people off. They will never be used at my home again and will highly recommend to others they use a different and more honest and fairly priced plumbing service.
