Edward recommended that I replace my 12 year old water heater. I ask him if there was any part that might fix it. He informed me that it may be the thermal coupler. I ask him to try that part and he reluctantly agreed. I am very impressed with Edward and I would recommended him to anyone for plumbing issues.

The tech was more concerned about the $89 fee they charge to come out than the issue I was having, even though it was a simple fix the tech showed little interest on our problem, seemed annoyed he had to come out to us and insisted on making us understand the fee was due regardless of the problem or cause of the problem we were having.
