I just say, theses are the facts. you decide. the person who came to look at the water heater problem came with laptop instead of tools to fix the water heater. that told me he came to sell something instead of fixing. he was very professional and very nice. he gave $450 estimate and he didn't know if that would fix the problem. he told me he calls as soon as he finds the the price of the part but he didn't. he told me he cannot promise if changing the pilot assembly would fix the problem. then, he gave me a $4000 price tag for new water heater with tank gas water heater and $8000 for Tankless one. I called around and I found the part. the pilot assembly was $160. I replaced it and that fixed the problem. his prices were too high for me. if I can find the price of the part with few calls, then I don't know why a plumber cannot. calling them would be my last option.

It's a typical story, where you have something unexpected, decide to break. As usual, at the more inopportune time. A leaking water heater isn't something you want to put off fixing for long. So I called around and sent out the usual Yelp quote requests. A&T plumbing was not only the first to respond early in the morning but had the best response.Their prices weren't the cheapest or the most expensive, but right there in the middle. But I liked the transparent pricing, availability, and good product (it had good reviews). Others were way overpriced or had no problem recommending another unreliable product.They came by as scheduled, replaced the water heater quickly and professionally. No more leaks and the water is hot. I recommend these folks as well as a water sensor! As that saved me from potentially expensive repairs due to it being located on the 2nd floor.

Now that Mr. Rooter's fixed my shower, I can properly shower them with praise! Okay, lame pun, but my point is that Mr. Rooter are Austin's best plumbers. They did a fantastic job fixing up my shower, which seemed to me to have been a lost cause.

I left them a message in the middle of the night on Yelp, and not only did they follow up on the message, but they also called me back and found someone to come to my house immediately.Allow me a moment to rave and cheer over the phone call. That was a professional phone call. The lady who called me asked me proper probing questions, got my name and address, had a great follow-up, and sent me a text message and email with links. When she took my email, she even repeated it back, which is not something everyone does. She is an exemplary example of how to take calls for situations like this, and she deserves a raise. Unfortunately, I forgot to write her name down, and that's on me. This company goes the extra mile to provide a level of service that is unparalleled.The communication from the dispatch person was excellent. We were given constant updates as to the ETA for our service. I was able to get in touch with the dispatch very easily too. No long wait behind an automated message system.Greg arrived first and provided outstanding service in trying to help locate the problem. He was very patient and careful within my new house and new carpets. He quickly called in additional help and a camera scan as soon as he recognized that it was not a simple fix so that I would not experience any further delays.Daniel arrived within 20 minutes of the call to take a camera to the pipes. Daniel was excellent in explaining the process and then locating the clog in the pipe. He stayed in constant contact with me to assure me that they were on it and he brought in an excavation team to dig to the pipe. This went a long way towards reducing my anxiety.Jason and Cliff arrived to dig into the ground and find the clogged pipe. They were also able to locate the missing outlet valve which was deeply buried under the landscaping and gravel. With the valve exposed, they were able to unblock the pipe and solve the problem. This was probably the best repair-related interaction I have ever had.L&P called me MAYBE three minutes after I submitted an Angi request. Unlike another company that contacted me later in the day, they provided best case and worst case quotes! Victor was able to get here EARLY, and diagnose, purchase parts, and install the fix with mind-blowing speed. He was totally willing to explain things, and the price was right on their best case estimate. It was awesome.

Great experience! Lee and his dispatcher Melissa were able to get someone out the next day. Cobey and his helper Dillon got the job done quickly and at a fair price. Highly recommend!

Friendly Guys that got it done

Matt did a great job! He installed 2 new commodes and hauled off the old ones. Their customer rep was super helpful and polite in scheduling the service. Whole thing was done in about 4 hours.

We had an unknown leak on our property since 2 weeks but we were not able to locate it. We received email from the city that we are consuming excessive water - 12 gph. But because the water leak was not visible anywhere, the process got very complicated. Each plumber had their own methods, some were invasive (poking several holes in walls, ground) and some suggested to reach out to leak detection companies. Though one of the plumbing companies suspected the leak spot, their estimate came to be too high $5K+.In this context, Johnny Rooter Plumbing attended us with care and they were extremely helpful. Their plumbers Mike and Bobby were extremely jolly, helpful and knowledgeable. They located the correct spot (under our concrete driveway) and with minimal digging, they were able to fix it. On top of that, they refilled the hole in the driveway and patched it up with matching concrete. Moved the dirt back into the other holes to reduce our clean up after the fix. It was whole day process but glad that we were able to locate the leak once for all and stop the water loss.We would highly recommend them due to positive attitude towards work, great work ethics, no arrogance, very down to earth demeanor and most importantly reasonable price. When others were quoting us atrociously, these guys did it 1/5 of it!
