Best Plumbing Repair in Austin TX

Found water leak in water heater tubing in my attic and water stains on ceiling, so I immediately called S&D Plumbing. They were super helpful and responsive, and were able to get a technician, Jorge, to my property within 2 hours. Jorge was very professional and friendly, and was able to replace our tubing and water supply lines very quickly, stopping the leak.What a relief! Will definitely use S&D Plumbing in the future if I need it.

We have used Rooter-man for years and they are always professional! I recommend them to everyone for any plumbing need.

Gilbert did a fantastic job for us. The Pressure Regulator Valve on our new home wasn't functioning properly, resulting in annoyingly low water pressure. Gilbert was able to quickly troubleshoot the issue and install a replacement. Professional & on time. Our repair ended up coming in under the original estimate, we feel his service offers a good value. We will be using Gilbert for any future plumbing repair needs.

They were on time and had good availability but quoted me $3900 to replace a toilet flange, install the toilet, and put on some faucet valves. I installed the toilet myself and got the rest done for about $600 from another plumbing service.

Second visit from Economy Plumbing, mainly for maintenance, and I'm digging 'em. Brandon replaced a drain in a bathroom sink, and that was no easy task. He did quickly and very inexpensively. I'll use them again.

I didn’t get his name but he unclogged our drain and then cleaned our sink. He didn’t have to do that. I thought that was so nice. He also gave us some pointers on how to keep our appliances clean. Super nice definitely would use this company again!

We hired Capital City as part of a refresh on our house before putting it up for sale. We gave Jeff Bogus a list, he bid it, and we approved the work. He then took the liberty of adding on to his scope of work, and got snippy when we told him that wasn't in his bid - that it was on other vendor's work list. We questioned his bill, and endured some of his psuedo-legal bickering. Ultimately we paid his price and moved on - it wasn't worth the trouble. HOWEVER, a month later, we got a $1000 water bill. We asked Jeff to come out and check his work. He refused, saying that since we argued over the original bill, that removes (us from) additional work and warranty. As a recovering attorney, I always find this psuedo-legal babble entertaining. What isn't so entertaining is a plumber that's hard to deal with on the front end, and won't help on the back end when there's a problem. Caveat Emptor.

Excellent work! Would recommend Jordan to my friends and neighbors. He was skilled in solving a lot of issues and worked diligently through some tricky problems with getting the water hot. No issues with their tech staff nor their actual work except that they were slow in scheduling us in BUT:Out of the blue, 1 month after they invoice my insurance directly, they call me and threaten to put a lien on our property for not paying an invoice we have NEVER heard of. She then proceeds to admit that they are behind on invoice follow-ups and even still it is OUR fault for our insurance not paying out what they said they would. I expressed that it was completely unreasonable to call me and threaten me when this is the first time I hear about such invoice, and further it was their fault they are behind on invoices and she had no remorse for her threatening behavior continuing to state regardless it was our problem to ultimately fix.I pay my invoices, I have no debt issues, never had never will. Further, LEARN TO SPEAK TO PEOPLE AND DON'T BLAME OTHERS FOR YOUR LACK OF PERSONEL OR OVER ALL SLACKING AT WORK!

This company was responsive and the technicians were very pleasant and polite hence the 2 stars. However, we were given a bid to replace a ‘pump’ on our a/c unit which was not heating for $696. I was charged a $69 dispatch fee and decided on getting a second opinion. I had Fox Service Co come out to see the unit (free 2nd opinion). The technician said it could be air in the line, he flushed it out and the unit works perfectly. No pump replacement and just $75 for labor.1st Co has technicians who don’t know what they’re doing or can’t be bothered. You decide.

Got a quote for clogged toilet. They arrived in 4 hours. Talk about FAST service!! Cameron & Luis checked my toilet and noticed I needed a new fill valve. They changed it, and the service was reasonably priced. Cameron has been with the company for 11 years. He is very polite and professional. Truly grateful to have Cameron and Luis fix my toilet. The owner, Johnny, has been in business for 40 years. Very impressed with this company and would highly recommend. Overall great experience!

Ben Franklin, and especially Dillon, have continued to do great work on my 30y old house. He has repaired and updated the different sinks, tubs, and toilets in the upstairs bathrooms that were in disrepair. Everything now runs, drains, and flushes so much more cleanly and efficiently than I could remember.
