Abacus was the only company that could come out on a weekend same day to address an exterior water line break made more difficult by failing system equipment which had left our house without water. Their service technician Eddie was superb as he addressed two major complicated issues despite the work going into Saturday night. The cost and work were great value for money and Eddie provided the best service I have seen in over 30 years of home ownership. Great work Abacus and Eddie.

The installation crew did a great job. They were very thorough in making sure the in house unit was fully sealed to the duct work. They did a great job of putting down floor covering and then cleaning up after they finished the installation. They also did a good job of showing me the new Nest thermostat instructions.
