They even sent me a text with a picture and bio of the technician who would be performing the service! Professional and buttoned up from beginning to end. The quality of the install was spectacular.

I had troubles with my shower not working in cold and my drain clogging up, I called Rooter Man and they sent me Curtis the next day. He did an outstanding job in identifying the problems, walking me through the process, explaining to me what went wrong and what needed to be done. He fixed both issues within 2 hours. Curtis was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. 5 stars!

John and Brandon were both very pleasant and knowledgeable. They were both prompt and courteous and helped me get my garbage disposal fixed. They have a great free inspection service and helped inform me about certain things that I needed to get fixed and didn't press or pressure me into doing anything that I didn't want/feel comfortable with (unlike most companies/services these days..). they sent out a plumber not certified... so he couldn't perform the work.. dealing with the dispatch is a joke... suppose to have someone at my house the next day at 830am... no one showed up... I called and dispatch says all the plumbers are in a meeting and it will be a couple more hours ?? so you don't let anyone know you are going to be late several hours ??

Very affordable prices compared to other quotes I received to replace our tankless hot water heater. They also lived up to the their name and were the fastest in setting up an appointment of any plumbers I called.

These guys are amazing!! VP and Clay were super friendly and get the job done fast. The price was really reasonable as well. Another plumber company priced me $300 for the service. I really love PlumbMaster's service, highly recommended!

One positive for this company is their plumber was very nice! When I called, I described my situation about a leak in my house, the City detected from their computers. I explained to Moore that I had checked all the obvious places: The grounds outside, toilets, spouts, listening for any running water whatsoever. That was the reason I was calling, because I couldn't see or hear any water.They ended up charging me $89 for a look check, which I had already done and explained that again to the plumber. He inspected outside, as I already had done, and suggested I call back when the ground was not wet from the rains. He did not perform any kind of water pressure test. He just gave me his opinion which was to wait for the ground to dry out after the rains we had.I had the presence of mind to call another plumbing company who came out the very same day and performed all kinds of water testing and found the water leak under the foundation.

We've used them a couple times now. They are always friendly and ontime.

They helped replace all the supply lines in a customers house after one broke and flooded the downstairs. Technician was Robert Alford who arrived on time and reviewed the HVAC unit and install new filter. We purchased a contract for service twice a year for the heating and air maintenance. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything he did.

I've called upon Neighborhood Plumbing on two recent occasions, one to replace a pressure valve on our main line, and the second to fix a water pipe that ruptured in our garage during the recent winter storm. On both occasions, these guys were prompt, friendly, and professional. They did excellent work. And the fact that Chris and Paul were able to quickly come out in the middle of the storm to get our water pipe patched was simply amazing. Strongly recommended!
