I have tiki torches that are hooked up to gas in my backyard. One of them had low gas flow. Joshua Brown came and diagnosed the problem through trial and error, he swiftly fixed the problem at what I would call a fair price. Very satisfied, would use their services again.

Don't call anyone else; just call Benjamin. Additionally, the receptionist who answered my call, I believe it was Emily, was also quite cordial and responsive. I will definitely use them again. Called before he arrived and answered all the questions we had.Worked was well done with our outside pipes and valves and he cleaned the area when he completed the work.Had Shawn also look at our water heater project and he gave us a few different options to consider and was very informative.I would recommend Capital City Plumbing and will give them a ring for next project.

Fast Plumbing lives up to their name! Outside faucet broke off. Called Fast Plumbing and one of their outstanding pros, Truitt, completely fixed this issue it what seemed in a blink of an eye. Chris was very professional and friendly. He got to the source of my problem very quickly, was able to fix it very quickly, and was able to explain it to me in as much detail as I asked for.

I just performed a variation of what I did regarding an unrelated electrical issue some years back...tripping or not tripping a breaker. The electrical fix-it company charged for a service call, a 5-minute non-issue.This time, it involved a plumbing (another non-) issue, as it turns out. And an embarrassing one at that. There was no charge for the service call. Very nice gesture from a plumbing business...any send out on a call business. I was recommended to Johnny Rooter by a reputable contractor-type guy I use from time to time. I'll call on J rooter again. Curtis is a pleasant young man and thanks to him and a sound company policy, I didn't have to pay for my oversight. WW

Dylan with Ben Franklin plumbing was amazing and so knowledgeable and patient with us regarding our issue. Being new home owners we are learning a lot about our house and we just had a crash course in sewer plumbing. Dylan was quick, assessed the issue, provided us with great information and things to look out for, etc. He resolved our issue quickly and we also had him quote more plumbing items we need to fix sooner than later. I can rest easy now that my issue is fixed and learned a ton in the process.

I have used AAA Auger many times in the past and had exceptional, on time, and professional service at a fair price and today was no different. I had a leaking AC condensate line and the dispatcher gave me a 45 minute arrival window. Service was completed quickly and the techs, particularly Jason, were communicative and clear on what was repaired and verified it was complete. Very satisfied
