Robert was the technician who fixed my leak. He tried to fix the leak so that I would not have to incur a greater charge than was necessary. When that did not work, he recommended the who faucet fixture be replaced. Which I ok'd, Robert was very personable, friendly, and I took him to be honest. He took care my issue and I would recommend him and his company ABACUS to anyone who needs plumbing work done. Oh, and Robert was a very patient person...I like that...not rushing to get through the job but assuring the work was done right!

Provided fairly timely response but charges for A/C capacitor part and labor appeared very excessive. With the excessive heat in Austin I felt like I was completely at their mercy. Update: company said they would contact me ASAP to discuss and it's been over 3 weeks and I still haven't heard back from them.

the best option for my family and for me if we talk about air conditioners, before, I used to worry about how I would keep my family comfortable in the strong changes of weather and in the different seasons of the year, but now that is a thing of the past, INCREDIBLE.

We contacted Home Depot about a ac unit as ours finally died. They sent out ARS of Austin, Tx. The salesman bold face lied to us every step of the way! Our back bedrooms 2 years later still dont cool down even after having all the ducts replaced. They rarely show up to any scheduled appointments then we find outbthe warranty actually only covers parts. I would not use this company ever not ever. Home Depot should cancel their contract.
