Pierre and team were timely, professional and didn't jerk us around with mystery fees and surprise charges. After being referred to A&T by 2 of my neighbors, I chose to get 2 quotes for our crumbling and clog-prone 54 year old sewer line repair work. 1 from A&T and another from a competing company. A&T was more in line with my expectations. I expected there to be delays and let them do their thing. It's done when it's done, and there were some hurdles with rock, etc, but the end result was completed professionally. We had a burst pipe in our lawn due to a big tree root putting too much pressure. It was gushing around 4:30 when we discovers it on Saturday over a holiday weekend. We turned the water off to our house and started calling plumbers who advertised 24/7 plumbing. Well only 2 answered and Mr. Rooter was the only one that was able to come out same day! 10/10 for Michael who got there and didn’t leave until after 9pm making sure we had water (even though we said for him to come back in the morning). He wouldn’t leave until we had water and came back the next day to finish the job. The price was fair and there were no unexpected costs come up afterwards. we have 2 kids under 5 and truly appreciate the work he did and making sure we had water!

Their name is an understatement! It was the fastest service I have ever experienced and the most ethical. I was walked through over the phone who to fix a simple problem. In less than 3 minutes, my problem was solved!

Prompt, outstanding service. Our main water line broke, requiring a major repair job. Samuel went above and beyond to knock out the project the same day. After the crew left, we realized the hot water was down. Samuel returned to our house at 8pm (presumably leaving his own family) to get our hot water flowing again and to ensure the job was finished. We are very grateful!

One positive for this company is their plumber was very nice! When I called, I described my situation about a leak in my house, the City detected from their computers. I explained to Moore that I had checked all the obvious places: The grounds outside, toilets, spouts, listening for any running water whatsoever. That was the reason I was calling, because I couldn't see or hear any water.They ended up charging me $89 for a look check, which I had already done and explained that again to the plumber. He inspected outside, as I already had done, and suggested I call back when the ground was not wet from the rains. He did not perform any kind of water pressure test. He just gave me his opinion which was to wait for the ground to dry out after the rains we had.I had the presence of mind to call another plumbing company who came out the very same day and performed all kinds of water testing and found the water leak under the foundation.
