Eddie did a great job. He actually was able to show up early. He explained everything he was doing and showed me how everything fit together and why we were having a leaking issue. Would definitely recommend this company.

I have used Clarke Kent a handful of times. Most recently they've assisted me with replacing an outside PRV valve and assisting with the installation of supply and drain lines for a bathroom. Worked with Josh and found him to be very courteous, honest, and friendly. He was happy to walk me through the process and gave me some pointers on how he was performing the work. Will definitely call CK again if I have any issues.

I called Radiant after two other plumbing companies canceled my appointment. It’s never a great situation when you need a plumber but Matt Ford made it much less horrible. He was empathetic, professional, and knowledgeable about the job. The level of customer service was beyond what I expected. I called during the weekday and their pricing is very reasonable. I highly recommend Radiant for any plumbing or HVAC issues. Thanks, Matt, you were great!

Gilbert is the best. As a young new homeowner, he takes time to explain things to me and does not try to overcharge me on things I don't need when he completely could. I am so happy to have found him, and I highly recommend him! He also loves dogs.

Just had Chris from A&T come out to look at my toilets. He was very kind and professional. He found the issue I was having with one of the toilets and then rebuilt another toilet for me. Did it in a timely manner, and stuck around to make sure everything was working with me. He also took the time to answer several unrelated plumbing questions I had including checking out the shower drain. I haven't had a lot of plumbing work done, so I don't know pricing well, but I thought it was a fair price. I will be using A&T again for whatever my next plumbing need ends up being.

Dishonest. Charged me $50 just to come out to give me a estimate to auger my drain for the kitchen sink.Their estimate was 2x as much as the company I had come out afterwards.Be aware they charge $300 a hour with a minimum of 1 hours work.

They got the busted pipe repaired in no time!

The two reps who took care of my hot water heater problem were so awesome! They didn't let up until all work was done...so very efficient!! So wonderful to have hot water back on. I really appreciate Roto-Rooter not charging a fee to come out and provide an estimate. Another company I've used always does, whether I use them or not. Thank you!

Good morning Fast Plumbing Team,I wanted to thank you for your excellent customer service and professional staff.I was able to secure a service call time and date for Thursday January 8, 2022 based on the Olshan Foundation Companies estimated time of service which was January 6th, 7th and 8th. As the dates started to change, I was in contact with the Fast Plumbing customer service team Melissa and Diana. On Thursday January 8th, the Olshan Crew pierced one of my water lines. I freaked out and reached out to Fast Plumbing and they suggested I wait as additional holes needed to be dug. By the end of the day, the Olshan Crew pierced not one but 6 water lines in my garage.After speaking with the Olshan Project Supervisor, they would return on Friday to continue digging and add the supports. I called Fast Plumbing to have someone come out on Saturday to repair the water lines but Saturday was already booked. However, they did offer to come out if they had a cancelation. Unfortunately, there was no cancelations, Diana was nice enough to stay in contact with me on Saturday as she provided updates. At the end of the day, Diana and I was able to come up with a game plan as I had to work on Sunday. I went to work on Sunday morning and Diana text me to let me know the Service Technicians were on their way. I left my job and met the Service Technicians Steven and Cody.Steven and Cody were very professional and took care of the repairs. I was surprised when Steven asked if I had any other plumbing concerns. I did not expect him to ask as I only considered the initial problems. I provided my additional concerns and Steven and Cody took care of them in a timely fashion. They were very attentive to my plumbing problems as they continued their qualify work repairs.After the repairs were complete and I was satisfied with their work, I was presented with the invoice.After what I experienced with the Olshan Foundation Crew, Steven and Cody’s interaction was a breath of fresh air.I wanted to thank the Fast Plumbing Team for their professional calm communication skills and their outstanding work ethics. Dominick was very friendly. I was unaware that a service call was placed due to sharing the house with another family member but he was polite and explained the reason he was here. He also gave me insight into a problem that might occur down the line which was very useful for our household. My man here is from Whales and it's always a pleasure to meet someone from across the pond. My man here gets 10/10.

Had an issue with sewage backing up and of course it was after hours. I got a hold of the answering service which immediately had a gentleman by the name of Chris Garbee call me. Talking with him on the phone he was very professional and explained the fees up front and it was going to be expensive since they are located in Austin and i live in Taylor but i was willing to pay, but when i told him my situation he started asking questions and had me check a couple of things ,after telling him what i was looking at he told me that it sounded like an issue on the city side of the sewage line going to the street and said i should call the city first and let them look at it. Sure enough the city came out about 10pm and found the issue with their main line and had my sewage flowing again in about an hour. I cant say enough about Chris and his professionalism, he could have come out and charged me an exceptional amount of money which would have only been fair due to the distance i lived but he did not. Thank you Chris and Johnny Rooter, i will definetly call when i need your service again as well as tell all my friends...thanks, Paul

JP was very knowledgeable and came back a second time without a charge to clean out a different line that was affected by the first clean out.

AAA Auger has never let me down. They are great at taking appointments over the phone, the service guys are on time, and are always professional. Today Steven was a huge help. He trouble shot the issue twice and could not fix the problem. But through he's experience he concluded we needed a toilet replacement. Steven got us the Cadillac of toilets. We are saved and very happy with the work. Here's a summary for anyone that's fails at trying to DIY a leaky toilet. Yes, sometimes it works in your favor. On the other hand, when You've done everything right and it still leaks, and bills go up, and your septic overflows, and there's a smelly mess. Call a professional because it took someone with the know how to realize that your leaky toilet has a unseen hairline crack and it will always leak. Thank you Steven and thank you AAA Auger.
