Best plumber around! Super professional, punctual, and, most importantly, honest. Our water pressure went down to almost zero within a few hours yesterday. After the city said it was a major problem on my side, I called Rooter-Man because he was recommended to me by a friend who used them for major plumbing repair. David was at my house within 2 hours of my call. After I told him what was going on, he correctly diagnosed my problem (which was not what the city technician said it was), fixed the issue, and saved me several hundred dollars in unnecessary work.

Gilbert was great at communicating and very clear about his rates prior to coming out. He showed up on time with all the tools and parts needed for the repair and went over and above what was asked. He not only fixed the symptom of the problem but actually identified the root cause and proactively fixed that as well. I have dealt with a lot of service providers over the years and there are very few that I would put in the same category as blue dragon Plumbing.

I live in a four Plex they’re working on now and they were supposed to do the work from 8 AM to 4 PM they didn’t show up until 4 PM and we’re drilling underneath my unit until 10 o’clock at night I have a 10-year-old daughter and they kept her up late when she at school the next day I was also without water and she had swimming that night and I was not informed they’d be there that late I also was left without water I was told he would be there at eight in the morning and I waited for him before I left and he never showed up completely unprofessional I would never hire this guy to do your work they do not take you in consideration nor your children and they do all their work late.In response to the owner no nothing worked when they left our plumbing still doesn’t work. They were requested and scheduled to be there during the day not the night get your story straight. If they were here when they were supposed to be maybe they wouldn’t have had people flushing the toilet since they weren’t supposed to be there at that time.

Capital City is super competitively priced! I got estimates that were so much higher. And they don’t skimp on quality or customer service. They were fast, friendly, and professional. I’d had two plumbers out for the same problem and it persisted until I hired Cap City. Within an hour it was fixed and hasn’t reoccurred. Support this small family owned local business! Very surprised when they responded to my message on Friday before the New Years Weekend. We scheduled service for the next Tuesday morning. Alex called that morning and was here early. Very professional, performed the leak detection we scheduled and also volunteered to look at the water issue I had and gave his professional opinion about my options as I am in the insurance/mitigation process. Alex was very helpful and seemed to really care about my plumbing issues and that is something I appreciate. Would highly recommend them for these reasons.

You will not regret using Jeff for any and all plumbing needs you have. He is extremely knowledgeable and doesn’t try to upsell you things like ALL other plumbers do. He was able to come out same day to check everything out and was back the next morning to replace our broken 50gallon water heater with a tankless. So grateful and will never use anyone else for all things plumbing related!

Angry. I spoke with them the night before the appointment to confirm the time slot. My wife took the day off of work. I set my phone down at work and missed a couple calls from them and they don't send anyone, because apparently they *must* hear from you the day of the appointment or they won't send anyone.Confirmation the night before should be good enough for anyone.

I've used Moore and Moore for over 15 years. Their reliability and professionalism is the reason I have never opted to go with anyone else. David is very knowledgeable and has been able to repair anything that has needed repair.

Chris came over in less than 20mins from our toilet overflowing and fixed the issue before we had any serious damage. He explained every detail and was very helpful.

I requested an appointment with them because my line burst between the meter and my house. They would charge more for a Sunday service (understandable) so I scheduled it for Monday. I decided to start digging to fix it myself and eventually called them when I reached the problem to cancel my appointment. Fred was totally cool with it and even gave me some pointers when I got to the problem. He wasn't going to make a dime out of me, but he was still so helpful.
