We had a terrible experience with this company and would never use them again, or recommend them to anyone.    
Our gardener pointed out a leak in the concrete on one side of the house.  We called Clarke Kent plumbing and they came out to take a look.  Not only did they take 6 hours to inspect the leak, they told us the only way they could figure out where the leak is is to use a carbon machine which would cost us $550.  if they didn't find the leak, they would expense this.  However, if they found the source of the leak, we would pay for this. 
Desperate and admittedly ignorant, I said yes. 
They went out to buy this machine, came back, and confirmed the leak to be in the bathroom sink.   Then they said they would have to tear down the wall, run a new line, all in all it would cost $2000 just to open the wall and another estimated $10 to 15,000 to run the line depending on what they found.  We were shocked.

Cut to: we called a leak detection company.  paid $475 for them to detect a leak with hi-tech equipment.  They found leak in our toilet sealant,  gave us a video of the detection for our records, and said it would be an easy fix estimated around $200.

We called Clarke Kent and asked to be reimbursed for their misdiagnosis.  They came, they made all sort of excuses, now they refuse to get back to us on anything.  They asked for all our receipts and said they would get in touch with the company that fixed the leak to figure out what they did.  In short, it has been months and still no response to any of our calls.

We feel they are totally incompetent at best, corrupt at worst.  Beware before considering them.

Really helped out when needed it. A type of company that puts the costumer first and more importantly puts Texas first. Really helped out when the storm hit couldn’t have asked for a better plumber.

They were so helpful! When you live in austin and the forecast is 103 degrees and your air conditioner goes out you REALLY need help. They were thorough and professional, fixed the problem and explained everything that they did. Definitely a happy customer....also a cool one.Let me add that we asked them to take care of maintenance on our air conditioner. And they are definitely going at it. I find all personnel, from the delightful person who answers the phone(and may be the same person who sends me text messages) to the technician who comes to my home, to be personable and professional (a good combination, I think). We are very pleased with our maintenance service!

Gilbert responded to my call immediately and was able to install new shut off valves on a bathroom sink the same day. He worked fast and was able to answer all my questions and offered great advice for future plumbing projects that I had in mind. His service and rate were excellent.

Drew and Evan were rockstars today! Came out, trouble shot the system to determine why we were not getting appropriate pressure where needed in lines and why tankless circulating pump was not firing at scheduled times and fixed both issues. Daniels team of plumbers do exceptional work in Austin and beyond, thank you!

I had been without hot water for three days. Pierre drove to inspect it within 2 hours of my call, and he was able to get it turned back on! The water heater needs to be replaced, but he was able to get me back up and running!

We needed a plumber to update parts of our gas appliance connections and, after finding out that everyone we called said they needed to come next week, leaving us without hot water, heat, stove, etc. because the gas company turned off the gas until we updated. One of the companies we talked to, however, recommended Mr. Rooter and we certainly were in luck. Mark came today earlier than scheduled, did just what we needed, was extremely friendly, and inspired confidence. After he finished, an hour later, the gas company turned the gas on again and we are back to normal. All of this in one day, the day after the gas was turned off. We will be recommending Mr. Rooter to anyone who asks with great confidence. Thanks for putting us back in business.

On time and very professional

Had an outside (thankfully) pipe burst during a big freeze and I was out of town for another 10 days. They came and fixed it same day while other places were quoting 5 days later. Did a great job and sent lots of pictures of the job, along with insulating the outside pipe fully.Would highly recommend these guys and I will use again in the future!

I have to admit, I’m not the best at taking care of household items. I’m not rough with them but I’m not great at proper care either. We had a badly clogged drain that we had let sit for a while. None of my attempts to fix it myself had worked. I called fast plumbing and they provided friendly service and they quick too.

This was my first repair job using Plumb Masters. The repairs were explained to me. He emailed me pictures of the repairs which was definitely a plus! They saved me a lot of money. I have a new company for all my plumbing needs. Thanks for doing a terrific job!

Larry and Andrew were great. They were efficient and advised me of the options available and best recommendation for replacing the hot water heater. Everyone contacted at the company was above outstanding.

One positive for this company is their plumber was very nice! When I called, I described my situation about a leak in my house, the City detected from their computers. I explained to Moore that I had checked all the obvious places: The grounds outside, toilets, spouts, listening for any running water whatsoever. That was the reason I was calling, because I couldn't see or hear any water.They ended up charging me $89 for a look check, which I had already done and explained that again to the plumber. He inspected outside, as I already had done, and suggested I call back when the ground was not wet from the rains. He did not perform any kind of water pressure test. He just gave me his opinion which was to wait for the ground to dry out after the rains we had.I had the presence of mind to call another plumbing company who came out the very same day and performed all kinds of water testing and found the water leak under the foundation.

Johnny Rooter came out and cleaned out our old plumbing lines that have tree roots growing in it and we were back in service. Quick service, reasonable price, friendly staff.

Price point gauging is ridiculous. Stay away from this place. They are the King of Kings when it comes to over the top labor cost to do a job. A $10 part will cost you $1k in labor cost to install. What a joke!
