Called radiant for an elderly parent. Parent had a small leak coming out of a pipe that leads out of the water heater. They sent a nice guy right out. He said the pipe, plus an unrelated valve located on the other side of the heater going in, as well as the water to the property needing to be turned off then back on after the job would be around 950 bucks. We declined this experience. Called someone a family member recommended and they came right over. 145 bucks later and the leak was fixed. That was two years ago and it’s still a good repair. AVOID THIS PLACE. THEY WERE WILLING TO OBSCENELY OVERCHARGE AN ELDERLY SENIOR. Absolutely immoral of this business to employ someone like that guy.

We've got recommendation for Gilbert in our Nextdoor app, and we love him! Every time I called, he responded immediately. He always called before his arrival. He did a great job in installing a chair-high commode for us. He is very detail-oriented, super efficient, and also very friendly. Recently, he fixed our bathroom sink faucet due to a clogged aerator, and he didn't even charge us, stating that was too quick and easy. We are very impressed by his professionalism. I know he has a busy schedules, but I still highly recommend him, not just for his excellent skills, but mainly for his integrity and honesty.

Pierre and team were timely, professional and didn't jerk us around with mystery fees and surprise charges. After being referred to A&T by 2 of my neighbors, I chose to get 2 quotes for our crumbling and clog-prone 54 year old sewer line repair work. 1 from A&T and another from a competing company. A&T was more in line with my expectations. I expected there to be delays and let them do their thing. It's done when it's done, and there were some hurdles with rock, etc, but the end result was completed professionally. Best of all, the team were very very responsive during the last mile, ensuring that things worked. Glad I chose them and will do so for future projects. I'd happily refer them to others as well. The receptionist, Yvonne, is always on her game. The two plumbers today (Alex and Dave) are professional and efficient and happy to answer any questions. I'm pleased and will use Mr Rooter again. (This is probably my 3rd time using them. They also fixed something easily that another plumber had told me I'd have to rip my wall out to take care of!)I have already referred Mr Rooter to friends and will continue to do so.

Got really quick service on a holiday weekend! Nick was efficient and gracious and answered all of my questions. He even gave me some tips on how to keep the kitchen drain line clear on an ongoing basis.

The gas control valve on my water heater went out and a technician came out and replaced the next day before noon. He was able to find that the part was still under warranty which saved me some money. I appreciated the ability of Roto-Rooter to resolve my problem quickly and effectively.

tl;dr: great work, good prices, versatile - highly recommendedWe had a leak in our garage and water in our water heater pan. Unfortunately they were not related, it turns out we had a leak in our laundry pipes and our 18-year old water heater was giving up the ghost.We called our regular plumber but he was unavailable, so we called the references he gave us as well as some companies off Yelp like Thunderbird plumbing. Ted from Thunderbird seemed the most knowledgeable and trustworthy (according to Hope, who used to work with a lot of subs as an architect and a construction project manager), and surprisingly enough also had the cheapest estimate. (Some plumbers wouldn’t even do all the work we wanted, like installing a pressure relief valve).A few days later Ted came to do all the work, and it seems to be done really well. He even replaced our main water shutoff valve without charging us more than his original estimate.All in all, a great experience, well worth a 5-star rating.

We had a situation where the water heater was leaking. It was after hours and several other plumbers, including the 24hour plumbers we contacted had no technician available or did not answer the phone. We needed to stop the leak quickly and figure out what was wrong with the water heater. We called Fast Plumbing and talked to Lee. Even though it was after hours, he walked us through turning off the water heater. He was very knowledgeable, very helpful, and his expertise was very evident. We were so grateful that he is the kind of person who likes to help. Not sure what we would've done without him that night. I highly recommend Fast Plumbing for caring, professional work.

Moore and More Plumbing was called out yesterday to provide estimate for replacing flange at toilet connection and very politely proposed a ridiculously aggressive estimate of $968. When told that the estimate was out of line for a 1.5 hour service with virtually no materials involved, they promptly lowered the estimate by $200. When told that the lowered estimate was still considerably more than their competitors charge for the same service, their plumber became indignant and stated that he would not accept criticism. Okay. The job was performed excellently by another company this morning for $477. I would never call this company again, nor would I ever refer them to anyone. Well worth the $89 service call fee simply to know how this company seeks to do business.

Johnny Rooter came out and cleaned out our old plumbing lines that have tree roots growing in it and we were back in service. Quick service, reasonable price, friendly staff.
