Plumber's were both professional. So far everything seems to be in good working order. My only concern was Keith went out to his truck and I believe he left . Was gone about 45 minutes. I wasnt told he was going to leave or why. I xan only assume he needed to pick up something that was needed. I've used Summers now 3 times and I'm satisfied with their service.

The plumper was prompt and friendly. My water heater needs a new part, but since the brand is no longer made he said he did not have parts. Due to my water heater being over 8 years old, I was quoted $2,308 for a new unit installed or $1,200 for them to install one I bought. Paid $98 for visit.Called Whirlpool they referred me to a parts company and quoted $75.00 for part before shipping.Ended up overnighting a $32.00 part off Amazon, which my family member is installing for free.There are many “universal” parts that were not given as options. The only option was a new unit and them bringing the area up to code. One code was for a drip pan under the unit and my utility closet had a built in drain in the floor, right in front of the unit.

We had a technician out to diagnose why our heater wasn't turning on. Although he did diagnose the problem correctly, he immediately jumped to recommending that we replace the whole system. Our HVAC system is only 8 years old. Turns out we could order the parts ourselves (even the ones that didn't need to be replaced, but just maybe should be considered in the near future) for just under $300 and was easily replaced without help. He quoted us $3700 for the whole system replaced and almost $900 to replace something that we replaced for under $200 alone. From the minute he sat down with us I could tell he was trying to sell us on replacing everything without any true cause. He also only showed my husband all of the information when we all sat down at the table when I was the one that made the call and who has the knowledge about the system. That was fairly offensive. I'm grateful I had the knowledge to know that this was completely unnecessary recommendations aimed to either replace our system or get us to sign up for a maintenance membership. Many other people might just assume he was being cautious and waste a lot of money. I called because of the great reviews of this company. I'm thoroughly surprised by our bad experience. Please think before you choose to replace a whole system just because it's getting up there in years. When most systems last 15-20 years, don't try to sell that at 8. Get a second opinion from someone who is willing to make the fix and who doesn't charge almost $600 for labor charges for something that took 15 minutes and 4 screws to fix.

The techs give me good sound recommendations on what I need and or don’t need. The costs are fair and upfront before any work starts. I will be using them again for my winter system check up and cleaning.

They were accommodating when something came up and I had reschedule last minute. They spent the majority of the day at my house working on a variety of projects. Technician was very knowledgeable, very professional, and very honest. Even though my problem was a tripped breaker, the technician still took some readings on my outside unit and advised me on what action i should take. His recommendations, his expertise, and his honest evaluation was noted and appreciated.
