Dj arrived at the beginning of the timeframe window, sweated some new pipe on intake valves under a sink and replaced the valves. He cleaned up well behind himself. 4 star only because there was a secondary leak from his fix … but he came back right away the same day and made it right.

All I have to say about Summers is their service is fantastic! I've been using this company for about a year now for.botb HVAC and plumbing and I've never worked with such a responsive company! I could heap quite a bit more praise on this company and their staff, but that would be too effusive.

I had an absolutely horrible experience with Godby. My experience was so bad that I believe the company is either completely mismanaged or is willfully ripping off customers. Savvy consumers should BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!

The company came out and performed work before informing me of the issue and asking my permission then presented a bill for $500. We paid for it hoping the problem was solved. Soon after the technician left, we discovered the work did not fix the problem. We were then quoted a new price of around $1,500 to fix the problem (that included re-doing the initial work). They admitted their mistake, but refused to rectify it. We moved on to another, more honest vendor. Many months later, they re-billed us for the original $500!

Every company makes mistakes, but how these mistakes are handled is what defines a company. Godby does not care about their customers. Godby represents POOR QUALITY, POOR SERVICE, HIGH COSTS, and DOUBLE BILLING.

Save yourself money and a headache -- AVOID GODBY!

Called and left a non-emergency message on Sunday and was promptly responded to Monday morning. Already off to a great start, as I don't typically receive message returns from a Sunday first thing Monday morning. Once the plumber arrived, it was a quick assessment of the problem and we discussed several solutions, ultimately resulting in replacing the water heater due to what would likely result in future plumbing problems if not fixed promptly. I was expecting a few days to wait for installation, but the plumber had enough time between appointments to install that very moment. Called in a few other plumbers who came by and the work was done within a few hours. Everything looks great and the new unit is working wonderfully. Couldn't recommend this place enough based on the quick turnaround and excellent service.

We had a toilet drain issue for about 3 days. Hunter, Warren, and the rest of the team tried many options and finally solved our drainage issue. They were very patient with all our questions/concerns us since we did not have a toilet for basically 48 hours straight. I appreciate all their hard work in getting the job done.

QPH is a very professional and cooperative company. I work an internet service provider as the maintenance/custodian and it’s my responsibility to schedule maintenance and repairs of the office amenities. I have work with QPH for a short time but each time they are very polite, experienced, and highly efficient. I would recommend this company to anyone for their plumbing or HVAC needs.

My techs showed up on time (a couple minutes early actually, but they called ahead to ask if that was okay) and evaluated the job, gave me the pricing, explained payment options, and after my approval knocked out the job and were done before I knew it. Professional and friendly. No way I'll call anyone else next time I have a plumbing need.

We had a total HVAC system (Heat Pump & Air Handler) installed at our home by Peterman Brothers and wanted to send a special thanks to Dustin, Travis, Kenny and Storm along with all the young men that assisted you on our job...They were awesome young men! Working in public service for the past 45 years I have learned to value/appreciate the expertise and experience of well trained professionals. While the installation was not without hiccups, the issues encountered were addressed and corrected by the knowledgeable staff in a timely manner. I would also like to thank the office ladies and young man that contacted me each time to let me know arrival times of the teams, you folks were very professional and courteous each time I spoke with you.
