Best Plumbing Heating Cooling in Indianapolis IN

I needed my main drain unclogged. When scheduling I informed them that we have already had someone out that used a 100ft auger and that did not work nor fixed the issue. What do they do. They come out use a 100ft auger (which isn’t going to work) and guess what! It didn’t work. Charged almost $450 and told us we need to call another company. Waste of time and money. When I scheduled, I feel they should’ve told me they were going to do the same thing and I wouldn’t of even went with them. One star because they at least came out quick to do nothing different.

The plumbers were very nice and got the job done! If we have anymore issues I will definitely call them again. I would recommend Mr Plumber to anyone!

From calling for a quote, to getting someone out for an estimate, to completing the work took a total of 4 hours on the same day. Josh did a great job and has a great attitude. When I booked the appointment they told me it would be $93 or free for the first 100 feet to open the sewer line. He gets there and determines it probably doesn’t need run but he can for an additional $325 plus a $97 trip charge. I asked him about the price advertised online he told me that was not correct. Them charged me $97 to show up and do nothing.

No problems found. A/C systems checked out. Outside A/C unit cleaned. Furnace filter replaced.

Professional and polite. Recommend and will use them again.

David Burns came out to service our AC and did an amazing job. I walked out to check on him and offer something cold to drink and saw that he had my whole outside unit taken COMPLETELY apart and was scrubbing every square inch.He cleaned the unit inside and out and hosed everything down! David was here for well over an hour and a half making sure to take his time and focus on every detail while other companies have been in and out in less than a half hour.Folks, if you have been looking for a company to handle your heating and ac needs...Chapman is DEFINITELY the Man for All Seasons!!

Service 1 figured out what was causing a leak coming from out shower that 2 prior plumbers could not. Figured out and fixed the problem in 45 minutes, and for a very reasonable price. Very professional and friendly service, and were able to arrive 1 hour early. I highly recommend this plumber!

Jacob and Robin came to clean my air ducts today and were incredible from the time they got here until they left. My house was pretty messy and we had to move some furniture in order to get to a vent, they were very pleasant and professional. They explained what they were doing and allowed me to see what was going on. 100% would recommended these two guys to everyone!

Same day service was provided by Eric, who was very thorough with his evaluation of our situation, and kept us well informed of the progress he was making during the repair. He was able to remedy the drain clog to our satisfaction. We highly recommend the Peterman Brothers and their team.

Although I was not happy to have to replace my furnace and air conditioning, I was very happy with the service that I received. Sean was here and helpful. Brian did a marvelous job and was here for as long as it took to get everything running, and Adam finished .the job off today in a timely and wonderfully efficient manner. I needed a second opinion on what was going on with my heat pump. The techs came out and were able to confirm that the previous company did not set my thermostat properly, which caused two months of outrageous heating bills. While there, they also took the time to inspect my outside unit to ensure it was working properly. I will use their services from now on.
