Godby is a great company to work with, pricing is fair and services is quick. We just had our winter maintenance on our furnaces and Dan was our service technician that come out. He went though everything thoroughly and did a great job! I would ask for him whenever you get a chance. He was polite, clean, organized, and informative.

Robert Sheward was very knowledgeable & gave me options to consider without any pressure to buy immediately. He's friendly & felt there were no immediate issues to address. I will use Service Plus again.

Juan and Kenny made quick work of our faucet repair issue. Replaced the plumbing in the wall very quickly, cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely use them again.

Technician provided an estimate for installing a new water bypass line and hard connecting the water softener. He provided me with several options and was very patient with my questions and concerns and answered everything to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend him.

Very professional and quick to service. Called at 5pm Tuesday, they had a tech out Wednesday at 10 to service my plumbing system.

QPH is a very professional and cooperative company. I work an internet service provider as the maintenance/custodian and it’s my responsibility to schedule maintenance and repairs of the office amenities. I have work with QPH for a short time but each time they are very polite, experienced, and highly efficient. I would recommend this company to anyone for their plumbing or HVAC needs.

Service 1 figured out what was causing a leak coming from out shower that 2 prior plumbers could not. Figured out and fixed the problem in 45 minutes, and for a very reasonable price. Very professional and friendly service, and were able to arrive 1 hour early. I highly recommend this plumber!

Had this business quote replacement of AC and furnace- their quote was more than double the competition- $9000 vs $4000 by a couple reputable other companies. Yikes! I shop around when I am spending this much money. They clearly depend on customer ignorance.

I’ve paid the membership fee with this company for more than 2 years under the pretense that when I need service, that membership would ensure that it happens quickly. Fast forward to today, when my air conditioning isn’t keeping up and cooling my home in the current temperatures. Imagine my surprise when they told me that the soonest they could get here was 15 DAYS away. When I questioned this, they then suggested that people didn’t want to work, which was the reason it would take so long.Needless to say, I reached out to another highly rated local company. They were able to get here within 24 hours. That’s without a membership.It’s unfortunate that they seem to be accepting more memberships than they can handle to service since I’ve had good work done by them in the past. I won’t, however, be choosing to give my business to this company in the future since they now can’t deliver on what they promise.

The Efficient Systems tech came to my home twice; the first time to fix a sticking toilet handle/flushing mechanism, and the second to do a couple of minor bathroom repairs that I don't have the tools to do. Both times he was professional, courteous, friendly, and quick to solve the issues. During the first visit he did a complete audit of my plumbing. I felt comfortable after the first visit that the company is fair and professional which is why I called them back for the minor repairs. I think their pricing is very reasonable. I will use them in the future for plumbing issues.
