Both of the installation technicians were professional and educated me with my new water heater. I called the company back saying I wanted to move forward with the estimate they gave me a week prior and they were able to install my new water heater that same day. Great service.

They quoted me a ridiculous price for services. They were trying to charge me 4 times what other contractors wanted. This company just wants to take your money. Be wary!

There were a few minor issues at first(not with the equipment) but they made them all right in no time. Would recommend!

Had a water line leak. Under a slab. Guys worked their tails off to get to it and we’re polite and understanding when they had to give me bad news (additional hole in floor on other side of the wall). Also took it upon themselves to notice I was a veteran and offered a discount. Most folks don’t bring something like that up, they hope you simply don’t ask and charge full. Did great work and we’re good guys - will definitely use them again!

My technician, Juwan Oliver, was outstanding! He was on time, listened to my problem, gave me several options, and then made the repair. He made sure my water pressure was good, and was very thorough in explaining what he did and why he did it. Juwan was very professional and helpful. I will definitely recommend you all to friends and family.

Do Not Use Mrquik! I am a 77 year old woman that called Mrquik for my annual heating check up. Since I received a post card offering this service for $89, i thought I would use Mrquik. My furnace is 2 years old! The man showed me all that was wrong with my furnace such as gas leak and things that didn’t fit right. I agreed to have these things fixed as he said the company that installed my furnace did a bad job. I signed a paper for what I thought was $1500. It was for a New Air Conditioner! It was $15,000! The air conditioner is out side and was not mentioned. After all was said and done, he took off some kind of bug killer that took it down to $13,000! I had no choice but to pay him.

This company went above and beyond for us. They installed a completely new HVAC unit for us, dropping the price so we could finance it. Honestly I don’t know what we would have done without their help. They’re staff are courteous and helpful. Tim had excellent communication with me the entire time, I can’t thank him enough. Very professional, they wore masks the entire time and did an excellent job putting in our HVAC unit. I tell anyone and everyone I can, they’re the best. Thank you so much Armor Air!

Had this business quote replacement of AC and furnace- their quote was more than double the competition- $9000 vs $4000 by a couple reputable other companies. Yikes! I shop around when I am spending this much money. They clearly depend on customer ignorance.
