I'm terrible with names but the nickname of the team who installed a new heating and cooling system for us last week sticks with me: the Baby Face Team. You guys were awesome!!! They installed new heating and AC systems in our home. The techs were extremely professional and knowledgeable, have excellent people skills, and we couldn't be happier with the systems and service. I especially love that they tested the heating system before leaving despite being summertime. Most companies will not do this and make customers wait until they need to use the heat to discover that there is an issue. It only takes a couple minutes and it's not as if you will die of heatstroke, so it's wonderful having the confidence that when fall is upon us I know my new heating system will work. The company is fantastic and the 2 guys they sent to do the work are an asset they don't want to lose.

My mother-in-law contacted this company to fix a leaking gas line in her home. Plumber (Bryce) came out in timely manner and checked on the status of their lines. After finding 11 leaks near fittings it was recommended to replace the old gas line. At this point everything seemed good and then came the quote. This company wanted roughly $3800 to replace by their estimate; 50ft of line from the meter through a drop down ceiling with easy access to two appliances. Making the job cost a whopping $75 a foot! At this point I got involved as it was clear they were taking advantage of her given the time of year (New Years) and the cold temperature. Having worked in construction for many years, I asked Bryce why this relatively simple job was going to cost so much. After some back and forth he became defensive and hung up on me. I advised my mother-in-law to pay for the work they had done and never talk to this company again. She made an appointment with another more reputable company and they quoted her $980($20 a ft) to do the same work! Now tell me where the $2800+ difference comes in besides this company seeking to take advantage of a women in a bad situation. It's practices like this that give this industry a bad name and I would be ashamed to be associated with this company in any way. Always get second opinions on work and watch out for companies like this they prey on peoples trust.
UPDATE: Was contacted by the company manager, they apologized for what happened and stated that the above tech had been let go due to past transgressions of a similar nature. Additionally they waived the service fee she had been charged for that techs works. I appreciate the manager taking the time to try and make this right and reaching out to her. Updated rating based on these actions.

I am very pleased with Mr. Plumber. They came on time, communicated well, told me exactly what to expect and how much it would cost and did exactly that. All the technicians were very personable and professional. I really like that they worked in teams. Also Mr. Plumber has been very reasonable priced so far. Which is important to a single Mom on a tight budget. I will definitely be calling them again for any issues.

Any service I receive from Mr. Quick employees is always thorough and completed by a kind, caring and thoughtful person. It was no different with my most recent air conditioner maintenance completed by Brent. I trusted his professional review and appreciated the feedback for improvements. Job well done.

QPH is a very professional and cooperative company. I work an internet service provider as the maintenance/custodian and it’s my responsibility to schedule maintenance and repairs of the office amenities. I have work with QPH for a short time but each time they are very polite, experienced, and highly efficient. I would recommend this company to anyone for their plumbing or HVAC needs.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! While attending to a foundation issue, we discovered a break in the sewer line. Speed and availability were crucial as the excavation was underway and I had a big hole next to my house. So the line problem needed to be fixed and fixed fast so the other job could be finished as well. l was in danger of getting stuck with a big hole for a number of days and dying shrubbery that had been temporarily displaced.. I sent out the Bat-Signal and reflexively initially called upon some the big plumbing names; long long delays were quoted. Mike, at Service 1 Plumbing, personally answered my phone call. He immediately fit me in to take a look. (I think he was here within about a half-hour, on his way to another job). He diagnosed the problem; identified the cause; came up with a plan; and quoted me a very reasonable rate. He worked cooperatively with the other contractor on site and my sewer-line problem was resolved within a few hours--well ahead of his initial goal of resolving the problem before noon. Mike investigated other potential issues and determined there were no defects down the line. He also pointed out the extra steps he took to make the entire set up more secure than it had been following the original construction. I spoke with him afterwards. Mike has been doing it for 30+ years. He runs a small, professional, local business. He takes pride in his workmanship and service to the community. Obviously he takes ownership of his work product. In the world of contractors, I am always looking to find a guy who I can count on who does X. Mike is now forever more . . . my plumbing guy. You should consider making him yours. (By the way, guy in this case is intended to be a gender neutral term and only refers to a person (man or woman) who I can count on to be fast, fair and to do a good job (mechanic/electrician/HVAC, whatever)--if I had a gender-neutral term that captured the same arm's-length-small-business-owner vibe, I would have used it.) Had this business quote replacement of AC and furnace- their quote was more than double the competition- $9000 vs $4000 by a couple reputable other companies. Yikes! I shop around when I am spending this much money. They clearly depend on customer ignorance.

The service is great. He fix my panel and was in and out in no time. No pay as it was warranted.

Our unit wasn’t working correctly. We had called several companies trying to find someone to come out the same day but had no luck. Finally called Efficient System. Not only did they come out on the same day but they came much earlier than we expected. The service technician was EXTREMELY patient and understanding as we had a family emergency during the same time frame our air went out. He waited at the door until my niece arrived to let him. He didn’t complain or get upset. Thank you Mark!!!!
