This was my first time using 800-Plumber. Jeremy was on time, very professional and knowledgeable of my situation and quickly had a resolution to the problem!

The installers were on time and done way sooner than I anticipated. Which was a great thing! The price was reasonable and less than what Lowes wanted to charge me.

I was very pleased. I had a deep clog in my pipes that was causing a very slow drain. I couldn't figure out where it was. When they arrived my drains behaved perfectly. But we went ahead with the cleaning anyway and found the clog. So happy to have clear pipes now. Very professional service with consistent updates about service time.

My experience with Dontril was awesome. He was here on time, polite, and very detailed in his description of what he was going to do. The work lasted less than the time frame he gave me. And the final product was exactly what I had hoped for. Finally because of the Covid 19 situation, I was a little concerned with safety. He took all precautions and left me feeling safe. I will definitely call again if needed!

We had a great experience and are so happy with our new softener and reverse osmosis system! Kevin did a great job understanding exactly what we wanted and needed and a few days later, Brian and Chuck installed it all in just a few short hours. Everyone was so personable and answered all of our questions and we couldn’t be happier!We’ve trusted the HVAC side of the company for years and are happy to have received the same excellent service on the plumbing side now too!

Isaiah was incredibly professional as well as easy to talk with. He did a thorough inspection of the furnace and took a very good video which explained for my husband to use better filters!! LOL! Because of the care he too took in explaining why we need Breyer filters along with how knowledgeable he was regarding our furnace the tube up made me feel relieved that it is in good working order. We’ve used Mr. Quick before and have always found their employees to be knowledgeable and professional. I recommend them for all your home needs! Especially Isaiah if you have furnace issues.

Had a leak in the humidifier. Will be buying a new one

Had them come out because my AC unit outside wouldn't come on. I self diagnosed the problem as having a bad capacitor. The technician came out and replaced it, and is now running smoothly. Super nice guy and courteous. Sucks a 20 dollar part installed cost 320.00 but it is what it is. Not sure why you get charged for a service call either when you're paying for a repair. All and all would recommend, and will use again in the future.

Evan did a very professional job. I am still waiting to hear when my filter will be installed. Please contact me with a time when you can install my filter. Evan returned to my home to install my filter at the end of his day. I greatly appreciate his returning today to replace my filter.

Jacob and Robin came to clean my air ducts today and were incredible from the time they got here until they left. My house was pretty messy and we had to move some furniture in order to get to a vent, they were very pleasant and professional. They explained what they were doing and allowed me to see what was going on. 100% would recommended these two guys to everyone!
