Tom H. worked very diligently to clean and service my furnace. There was one problem that he was having trouble solving but he knew who to call in to help. He felt like he knew the problem. He along with the help from his company was able to solve and fix the problem. I am very satisfied.

Had our sump pump stop working during a very rainy period and needed an emergency replacement. Called 24-7 and within a short period of time Allen called and showed up at the time he promised. Gave us three recommendations for replacements sumps and within the hour he had a new pump installed which included a new check valve and an electronic monitor for the system.
Allen was very professional and clean (wore his mask and shore covers the whole time).
As we were talking it came up that we were both veterans and he was able to give me a discount on the job.

The technician (Juwan Oliver) phoned and said he was running early, which was a plus. Juwan arrived and went straight to work and completed the shut-off valve installation quickly and cleaned up the area before leaving. He also took time to advise us on a couple of future needs. Very pleasant and professional.

We had a water heater installed by Mister Quik they were prompted with the estimated time to arrive, very polite and courteous. They explained everything that was going on before and after they installed the water heater.I would definitely call them again if needed and recommend them to others

QPH is a very professional and cooperative company. I work an internet service provider as the maintenance/custodian and it’s my responsibility to schedule maintenance and repairs of the office amenities. Service 1 figured out what was causing a leak coming from out shower that 2 prior plumbers could not. Figured out and fixed the problem in 45 minutes, and for a very reasonable price. Very professional and friendly service, and were able to arrive 1 hour early. I highly recommend this plumber!
