He gave me some suggestions about surge protection and information about filters that I need. He also answered some questions that I asked. He was friendly and helpful, and I was very satisfied with his service.

Very disappointed with Nick and the office staff. He showed up on Friday to the apartment complex to check on a gas leak. I called their office and spoke to Amanda who said Nick was getting a quote together and I would have it right away. Nick also told this to my leasing agent in our office. Did not hear back from them or receive the quote all weekend and I have a resident with no gas. So I called yesterday to talk with Nick and see when the apartment can be repaired. Doh! They suddenly don't have any record of being at my property and are confused by me calling. Then a real rude woman gets on the phone and says we have no appointments til Friday. Sounds pretty fishy to me. You were in my office on Friday- come see yourself on camera! Very unprofessional!!! I would call Mcneely instead of Gordon's, they are rude and will lie! Mcneelys fixed the leak the same day I called them. So if you want to get the run around call Gordon's! Good luck!

Repair techs showed up on time and were very friendly and personable. They worked quickly and were very helpful with answering our questions and giving advice on how to take care of our water heater. I would def recommend Willam's to others.

Saturday evening our hot water heating started leaking. No hot water. Called Howald Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing. An hour later Sam arrived at our home and was able to repair. So pleased that we were able to get repaired on a weekend and so quickly. Sam was very friendly and knew exactly what to do. We highly recommend Howald. Bill & Jane F.

Austin Inman was right on time and he was so nice and professional. He got right to work and let us know what he was doing and explained who well our furnace was working. He changed out the old filter and took the old one with him. I highly recommend him to anyone, you have a great tech here and he is a huge asset to your company

Mike came to look at our water softener to see if the line lead to our dishwasher as our glasses were coming out cloudy. After confirming it did, he tested our water and it is being softened. He recommended using a different detergent and to our pleasant surprise, told us no charge as he was in the area anyway. I have an upcoming bathroom remodel project coming up and will definitely schedule Mike to help do some of the work... But this time he will get paid!
