We had a leak above the water heater. Within an hour of calling, Brian was here working on the issue. Within 2-3 hours of calling, the leak was fixed. Very pleased with the same-day service on such short notice. Highly recommend.

On Thursday, 2-6-2020, Rick Wilson of Summers arrived to do an furnace tuneup. He did a very through job of checking each componet and made sure all temperature were within parameters. He also answered questions relating to other work I had Summers do and set up an appointment to get issues check. Overall a very good expierience.

Serviced heat pump and replaced capacitor. Stephanie in the office was quite courteous, all over it and so promptly effective. Adam the tech was likewise absolutely great to work with, a total pro, really knew his stuff and completed it right on the spot to my 100% satisfaction.

Flush Valve Seal had failed after 11 years of usage. Howald's plumber came out the same day, fixed it, efficiently, and reasonably. They get the job done !

I don't appreciate the service. The technician was not on time. I needed my furnace pilot lit and the technician said he would not light it on, that my furnace was leaking carbon monoxide and that I needed to buy a new furnace. I got a second opinion and my other technician was able to light the pilot and I even bought a new carbon monoxide detector and there was no signs of any carbon monoxide. I felt like they were only thing to get me to replace my old furnace and sell me a knew one. I would not recommend this company to anyone and always get a second opinion.I communicated my concern and I was told I could not get a refund for the service diagnosis.

Had old sump pump(s) removed, and a new one installed. Chuck is a very friendly and professional plumber. His prompt and efficient service was excellent. Thank you !

I always use Williams Comfort and Heating. The staff and the techs are always professional and friendly. The techs always arrive in the time frame given. The techs give me good sound recommendations on what I need and or don’t need. The costs are fair and upfront before any work starts. I will be using them again for my winter system check up and cleaning.

Kevin was very helpful and was able to give us insight on what will be needed to get back up and running.

Mike is the guy you want working on your plumbing needs. I had him come out and install a gas line for me. I was originally going to do it myself and had already purchased the materials. He didn't blink an eye, used my parts and charged me a reasonable hourly rate. Also, he obviously takes pride in his work and I recommend him highly. I'll be calling him next time.

Used coupon for $69 tune up for first time customers. Technician showed me inside of my furnace before cleaning. Stating there is mold in my blower which would have already spread it to my ducts. $69 tune up now has turned into a quoted $3500 repair bill. I was skeptical since I had only been in the home 11 months and the home inspection pictures appeared to be similar to how it looked now with no mention from the inspectors outside of a recommended cleaning.

I used a mold remediation company to take samples and test this biological growth. Tests returned negative for anything biological and appeared to be corrosion at best.

I would recommend staying away from this incompetent company and using literally anyone else. Summers attempted to take my $69 discounted tune up and pad the bill into a $3500 unnecessary repair. I WILL NEVER USE Summers FOR ANY SERVICE AGAIN!

Jeremy was an excellent technician and was able to diagnose and resolve my HVAC issue quickly and expertly. I had a lot of questions, but Jeremy was able to answer each of them and put my fears to rest. I highly recommend him as a technician and am very pleased with his results.Since Jeremy was able to do such a great job for me and treat me with such respect, I have decided to use Peterman Brothers as the HVAC company I will rely on for all future service and support. I'm so happy to not have someone come in and try to rip me off like what I've dealt with when I had called other companies.Thank you Jeremy for all your help today and for making sure to be fair and courteous. Mitchell did a great job today at my house. I had multiple projects that had already been diagnosed on a previous visit few days prior. He was thorough and patient and spent time explaining everything he did so I would understand what was going on. Or at least try to! I appreciate his hard work.

We referred to Indiana Residential who uses Mold Dogs for our crawl space mold remediation. They were very thorough and showed me pictures of the completed project. It looks so much better down there!

In addition, we just moved in the house and we were having trouble finding the septic clean out. I asked if while they were down there if they could keep an eye out and take a picture for me of the clean out if they found it. The person I spoke with happily helped me out!

Mold Dogs were SUPER helpful and would definitely recommend to anyone needing mold remediation!

Michael serviced my furnace on 12/9/19. Michael is always detailed in his service that he provides. He explains everything before hand and then after everything is done he explains what was or was not found. I like that he enjoys his work. Michael goes the extra step when he does not have to. He even labeled all my Valves for the main water, water heater and gas so that in an emergency situation when I might not be thinking straight, I can find the correct valve quickly. It is nice to know that your services are quality and dependable. Keep up the good work!
