Chris was here within an hour of my call. He is a quick,efficient, clean and knowledgeable worker.The new water heater was in and working within 2 hrs.Chris was eager to explain the problems that can arise such as the one that caused replacement of my 5 yr old unit.Not happy about that ,but very happy with Chris and Benjamih Franklin !!☺

I needed my main drain unclogged. When scheduling I informed them that we have already had someone out that used a 100ft auger and that did not work nor fixed the issue. What do they do. They come out use a 100ft auger (which isn’t going to work) and guess what! It didn’t work. Charged almost $450 and told us we need to call another company. Waste of time and money. When I scheduled, I feel they should’ve told me they were going to do the same thing and I wouldn’t of even went with them. One star because they at least came out quick to do nothing different.

Just received a quote, but he did a wonderful job at explaining everything to us. Still deciding on what we are going to do at this time.

On time ,did what was required .Satisfied.

Work is not complete, so I really cannot evaluate that yet. However, Tim was a great pleasure to work with and talk to. I felt him to be very professional and easy to talk to. I know exactly what you needed.

Called to have kitchen faucet replaced,had persononsite within 5 hours

Larry was excellent at diagnosing the problem, explaining the problem to me, and suggesting a recommendation. He is also very professional and prompt.

We called Armor Air out because of burst heating pipes in the attic. They did a nice job of replacing the burst pipes, but I was disappointed that the heat still does not work after their repair, and getting the remaining problem(s) fixed is not included in the price. I expected that getting it working again would be part of the job.

I was treated with respect and was pleased with his work!I also had Chad work on my furnace after a previous Chapman employee failed. Chad walked into a situation with a very upset customer and it didn’t take him long to win the customer over! As far as I am concerned they don’t come any better than him! He worked late to unsure my furnace was operating correctly! He was honest, professional, polite and extremely knowledgeable again explaining what he was doing and why!I will definitely be requesting Chad for all my furnace repair work!

This company has the worse customer service and refused to provide me with their company cooperate number Their plumbers don’t wear uniforms and have drug addict attitudes I would not recommend them to fix nothing the do a half job and the problem is never resolved and they still bill you outrageous prices for poor work

Roger came out today to assess/evaluate problem with my humidifier on my hvac and do A/C routine maintenance. Roger found the problem was very knowlegeable and worked in a very efficient manner while also taking the time to make sure I understood everything. Would highly recommend Roger and Williams Comfort Air.

Contracted Service 1 Plumbing for some last minute plumbing repairs recently. Excellent and timely service. I will not contact another plumbing service again. Highly recommended.

Had this business quote replacement of AC and furnace- their quote was more than double the competition- $9000 vs $4000 by a couple reputable other companies. Yikes! I shop around when I am spending this much money. They clearly depend on customer ignorance.

Dwight was amazing. He was extremely prompt, professional, and courteous. He came to fix an electrical issue which then turned into an air conditioner/electrical problem. He went above and beyond by leaving to pick up a part and returning the same day (actually the same hour) to fix both problems. I would gladly call them again for electrical, HVAC, plumbing, pretty much any problem.

Indiana Residential was recommended by my listing agent to complete work on the house that I am selling. At this moment, there is more work to be done, but what has been done so far is wonderful. Danny and Shawn, the two gentlemen that did the work in the crawl space, were very polite and professional in conduct. Their work, installing moisture barrier, removing mold, rerouting and burying the sump pump line, top notch. I highly recommend their service.
